AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATION

I, Tarun Kaushik s/o Late Sh. Jai Prakash Sharma, aged about 48

years, R/o B-116, Piyush Heights, Sector-89, Faridabad, Haryana and

Proprietor of M/s Jai Packaging do hereby solemnly affirm and

declare as under;-

1. That the deponent is the proprietor of the Defendant company

and that being conversant with the facts and circumstances of

the application and hence competent to swear the present

affidavit.

2. That the contents of the application under Order IX Rule 13 of

the Civil Procedure Code have been drafted by my counsel on

my advice as per the available records and legal advice, which


have been read over and explained to me in vernacular and

same are true and correct to best of my knowledge.

Verified at Faridabad on this 21st day of March, 2025 that the contents

of the above affidavit are true and correct to the best of my

knowledge and belief and nothing material has been concealed there
