Lekmod and Map Install Instructions

This document provides installation instructions for Lekmod versions 33 and up, as well as versions 32 and below, specifically for Windows users. Users are instructed to unzip the downloaded files and place them in the appropriate directories within the Sid Meier's Civilization V installation folder. Additionally, it includes steps for installing Lekmap in a similar manner.

How to install Lekmod v33 and up (MAC not
supported)
●​ After downloading the version you want to install, unzip it and put the folder in the
following directory (most common one)
○​ C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization
V\Assets\DLC​

○​ If you see your downloaded version inside this folder, like with the example
above, go ahead and head inside the LEKMOD folder

○​
○​ Then you are required to run the ui_check.bat file. This will detect if you are
running the Enhanced User Interface mod and arrange files accordingly to
avoid conflicts.
■​ Keep in mind that EUI v1.29 is not supported.
■​ Make sure your Lekmod folder and/or EUI folder(s) are not
renamed (apart from Xits UI)
○​ Once you have done that, you will be able to ready-up inside multiplayer
lobbies and you are all done!
