THIS AGREEMENT is made the day of December in the year of
Our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-Four Between MR.
CHERNOR AHMAD BARRIE of No., Freetown, in the Western
Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone (herein after referred to as
“PARTY A”) AND ALUSINE SESAY AND KAWUSARAH SESAY
both of Plot 13GV Texaco Lorry Park, Kissy, Freetown in the
Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone (herein after referred
to as “PARTY B and PARTY C” respectively).
WHEREAS, Party A has agreed to pay Party B and Party C the
total sum of Twenty-Three Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty
Leones (Le 23,650) being monies due and owing to Party B and
Party C in four installments, under the terms and conditions set
forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
PAYMENT TERMS
Party A shall pay the sum of Le 23,650 to Party B and Party C
in four installments as follows:
a. The first installment of Le 6,000 shall be paid on or before
9th day of January 2025.
b. The second installment of Le 6,050 shall be paid on or
before 9th day of February 2025.
c. The third installment of Le 5,800 shall be paid on or before
9th day of March 2025.
d. The fourth installment of Le 5,800 shall be paid on or
before 9th day of April 2025.
ENFORCEABILITY
This Agreement shall be binding and enforceable upon the
Parties, their heirs, successors, and assigns.
This agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the parties
relating to its subject matter, including any attachments or
addenda. This agreement replaces all previous discussions,
understandings, and oral agreements.
The parties agree to the terms and conditions and shall be bound
until the borrowed amount is repaid in full.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE HEREUNTO SET
THEIR HANDS AND SEALS THE DAY AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
