MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. It is submitted that the above matter is at the stage of issuance of
summons to the defendant. It is further submitted that at the time of
sanction/grant of personal loan during the month of March, 2022, the
defendant as constable in CISF was posted in Delhi and later on the
defendant has been transferred from Delhi for which his present posting is
not in the knowledge of plaintiff bank.
2. It is submitted that on the last date of hearing the plaintiff sought
time for verifying the posting details of the defendant. On 17/03/2025, the
plaintiff bank/ Mr. Himanshu Singhal, Field Officer, has visited to the office
of CISF/Delhi as mentioned in the Memo of Parties of the present suit for
verifying the present posting details but the official of the CISF did not
allow entry into the office and flatly refused to share any details regarding
present posting of the defendant.

3. It is submitted that nl the lime of applying and granting the personal
loan, in question the defendant had furnished Ills posting address alongwith
Mobilc/Whatsapp numbers and permanent residential address with the
supporting documents as copy of PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Office ID
Card, containing both the address, which arc all on rccord/court case file,
In view of the facts and circumstances so narrated herein above, the
Hon’ble Court is humbly prayed that the summons to the present plaint, be
kindly issued and sent at the permanent residential address
of the defendant
through speed post and courier as well as through
electronic mode, vide
