System Analysis
In the field of organizational development and deployment planning areas, system analysis is crucial by
means of climaxing an organization to it apex level of development, due to several key factors driven by
the complexity, scale, and speed of modern technological advancements. And this some of the reasons;

1. Reduction of Risk and Failure; risk and failure are one of the most challenges that an
organization faces even to the collapsing of the organization . Whether it’s the risk of the system
failing to meet user needs, or risks related to security and scalability, system analysis helps
identify these risks early on and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Security and Compliance; When people make systems (like apps or websites), they have to
make sure they are safe from bad people who might try to break in or steal information. They
also need to follow important rules, like keeping people’s secrets safe. System analysts are like
detectives who check the system to make sure it's safe and follows the rules, so nobody gets
hurt or in trouble.

3. Improving Efficiency: Systems analysts study how things are currently done in a business or
organization to find areas where time, effort, or resources are being wasted. They look for tasks
that can be automated, steps that can be simplified, or tools that can make work faster and
easier. By recommending changes, like updating outdated processes or using better software,
they help the organization save time, reduce costs, and get more done with less effort.
