Subject: Resignation Letter - 30-Day Notice

Dear Mam Carmen,

I am writing to inform you of my intention to resign from my position as BILLING CLERK at TIRESMART –
ECOLAND BRANCH, effective May 14, 2025. This decision has not been made lightly, but I have accepted
a new opportunity that aligns better with my long-term career goals.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the support and guidance I have received during my
time at the company. I have had the privilege of working with a talented and dedicated team, and I will
always value the experiences and relationships I have gained here.

I understand the importance of a smooth transition and am committed to ensuring that my departure
does not cause any disruption to the team or the company. I will do my best to complete all outstanding
tasks and hand over my responsibilities to the appropriate parties before my last day.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist with the transition process. I am willing to
