 ABSTRACT
In my project I developed Government primary school management system base
information system in order to tackle all the operations related to administration
system of school. This school is using the traditional Management system due to
which they face a lot of problems. So, by considering striking demands of the
modern era, I developed Database Management which is capable to overcome the
limitation of their current system which will improve not only work flow inside
school and increase processing speed but will result in reduction of staff and
equipment Costs.

The management will be much easier and fully in control I have provided a very
flexible user interface at the front end so that the staff and students can easily access
the data and performs all the operation of their result, fee and daily routine quiet
straightforwardly and efficiently.

The purpose of this project is to synchronize school management system with

modern environment because other organizations of same level had developed
computerized systems in order to manage all information relevant to students,
teachers and related staff. By the grace of Allah, I successfully developed the
database base computerized system for them.

Brief Introduction

The report represents description of analysis, design, development, and testing of
Database of “Islamic Institute Data Entry”. The entire work is summarized in
Chapters and some Appendix.

Introduction Of My Project
Purpose of the Document:
The document under view provides details of the project named as “Database
Management system for School Management System”.

The Aim of the Organization:

In Traditional system, there was no Institute that can hold people to facilitate inside
the organization in a very comfortable. The organization staff had to face a lot
problem. This was the main reason that DIT Students belonging to Hangu City
decided to set up a platform that could help their Pakistani Brothers to have a
complete setup in case they want to go to achieve their goal. In start this organization
started work only inside Hangu District & then made it wide to all the bright naming
cities of the district.

Aim of the project:

As we see that most popular organizations School or business companies have their
Database Management system through which they create contacts & work easily
throughout the year, this is the very big reason of succession of Education Fields
nowadays. Keeping this in mind, DIT Students decided to create their computerize
database management system so they can deal easily to make faster communication
& services because a traditional Management system way is much slower than
computer base system. They needed a Database Developer & hence contacted me to
perform this job for them. I made a pattern for them that will meet their all
requirements online, mainly including their introduction, picture gallery of different
places, contacting information, Students, School staff & other related factors etc.

Tasks of project:
The major task of the project is to promote computerize Database system, which
satisfy the school staff and students with all respect on the other hand to manage
people so they can make their career attaching to a powerful & well-maintained
School Management.

Software Tools Used

Introduction:
Once the Database Management system application look is generated or created. The
final step is to boost its functionality with development technologies. In the world
of I.T and computing there are a variety of development tools. In my project I used
the following tools:

Introduction of MS-Access 2019:

Microsoft Access is a database management system (DBMS) from Microsoft that
combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user
interface and software-development tools. It is a member of the Microsoft Office
suite of applications, included in the Professional and higher editions or sold
separately.

Microsoft Access stores data in its own format based on the Access Jet Database
Engine. It can also import or link directly to data stored in other applications and
databases.

Software developers, data architects and power users can use Microsoft Access to
develop application software. Like other Microsoft Office applications, Access is
supported by Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), an object-based programming
language that can reference a variety of objects including DAO (Data Access
Objects), ActiveX Data Objects, and many other ActiveX components. Visual
objects used in forms and reports expose their methods and properties in the VBA
programming environment, and VBA code modules may declare and call Windows
operating system operations.

Overview of MS-Access:

MS Access - Overview. Microsoft Access is a Database Management System

objects in shape, size, color, and position that are customizable.

users can access the database, thereby protecting sensitive data from unauthorized

In my project I developed Database management base information system in order

increase processing speed but will result in reduction of staff and equipment Costs.

the data and performs all the operation of their daily routine quiet straightforwardly
and efficiently.

The purpose of this project is to synchronize Market system with modern

environment because other organizations of same level had developed
computerized systems in order to manage all information relevant to staff members
and employees. By the grace of Allah, I successfully developed the Database base
computerized system for them.

Talking about Database management system, they have many advantages that
include but are not limited to publishing and organizing company information, as a
central repository for files, as a school system that allow users to execute
commands and order products.

An application is not only a medium for representation of your company, it is a

form of media from which everybody can acquire information. You can use this
media to sell advertising space to other system.
