exclusive proprietary property of the Company, that any and all copyrights and other proprietary interests therein
belongs to the Company.

2. You shall not divulge the confidential information of the Company to any third party.

Also, we expect you to make necessary changes in your personal profile/s, if any, on social media to clearly reflect that
you are no longer employed with the Company.

We hereby confirm that you have returned the properties/Tools of the Company and have completed all the formalities
with respect to your cessation of employment with the company. Accordingly, your full and final settlement has been
processed and you have no dues pending from the Company.
