Title of Training: Araling Panlipunan Learning Action Cell (LAC) on Truth Decay
and Compilation of WHoLaA Pack

A. Description:
This orientation/workshop is designed to orient Araling Panlipunan school coordinators
of the district regarding the importance of identifying recent social development coined “Truth
Decay”. At the end of the LAC, participants are expected to produce a reflection and compile
Araling Panlipunan WHoLaA Pack for SY 2024-2025.

D. Target and Numbers of Participants: Target participants of this telecon are all Araling
Panlipunan school coordinators of Molave West District:
1. Araling Panlipunan School Coordinators (Elementary) - 17
2. Araling Panlipunan School Coordinators (Secondary) - 1

F. Rationale:
This orientation/workshop is a re-echo on the recently concluded PNU-LiSQuP session
on Age of Transformation and Development and also in consonance with the proliferation of
fake news in all forms of social media. Focus of the session is the identification and reflection on
the presence of Truth Decay prevalent amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Moreover, this orientation/workshop will also expect participants to compile TVBI/RBI,
LAS, summative test for the Weekly Home Learning and Assessment (WHoLaA) Pack for
Araling Panlipunan.
G. Objectives:
The activities aim to:
a. Visit and orient concerned School Coordinators of Araling Panlipunan on the
proliferation of Truth Decay and its impact in the society;
b. Compile TVBI/RBI lessons, summative test, LAS for Araling Panlipunan
H. End of Program Output:
Target participants will be able to accomplish the following:
a) Identify truth decay and reflect on its impact on society amid the pandemic
b) Compile TVBI/RBI lessons, LAS, worksheets for Araling Panlipunan

With the information gained from this orientation/workshop session, target participants
