2. MoRTH through Chief Engineer (NH) PWD, Navi Mumbai, has been assigned the work of consultancy
services for the preparation of feasibility studies and Detailed project report for the above work.
3. Proposals are hereby invited from eligible Consultants for DPR for Detailed project report for the
work of "Consultancy services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report for
A) Chandurbazar Bypass on NH 353J ( Length = 6.00Km) ,
B) Morshi Byapss on NH 353 K( Length = 9.00Km) ,
C) Warud Bypass on NH 353 K ( Length = 12.00 km.
D) Digras Bypass on NH 161A ( Length = 5.00 km )
Total length 32 km length in the state of Maharashtra. The Letter of Invitation (LOI) and Terms of Reference
(ToR) Including Request for Proposal (RFP) is available online on CPP Portal of NIC ([Link]
document can also be downloaded from CPP Portal of NIC ([Link])
4 .The RFP has also been uploaded on “INFRACON” ([Link]). As such before submitting the
proposal the Consultant shall mandatorily register and enlist themselves (the firm and all key personnel ), on the
MoRT& H portal “INFRACON” and furnish registration details along with its RFP. A copy of Infracon Operation
Procedure is also enclosed for bidder’s reference.
5. All the bidders registers on Infracon shall form a Team on Infracon and wich would be assigned
unique InfraconTeam ID. Bidders while submitting the proposal shall quote the InfraconTeam ID.
6. Bid must be submitted online at CPP Portal Of NIC ([Link] on or before 17.30 HRS on
24.03.2025

8. (a) Form Fee (Cost of RFP document) which is Rs.10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) shall be paid
only through NTRP (Non-Tax Receipt Portal) Portal (htttp://[Link]) to pay & Account Officer (PAO):
034650(NH) Mumbai in “Regional Pay & Account Officer (RPAO), National Highway Mumbai, Drawing &
Disbursing Officer (DDO): 234652- Superintending Engineer, Regional Officer, Mumbai and its payment receipt
+ 18% GST amounting to Rs.1800/- to be submitted online on GST Portal under Reverse Head Charge
Mechanism. Receipt/Document in Support of Online payment to be submitted with hard copy before issuance of
LOA. Refer procedure for e tendering for submission of RFP through e Tendering.
(b) Bid Security of Rs.200000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by one
of the Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in India in favor of the Executive Engineer, National Highway Division,
Amravati (the “Bid Security”) valid for a minimum period of 150 days (i.e.30 days beyond the validity of the bid)
from the last date of submission of proposals.
9. Payments to the consultants against work shall be made from fund allocated against
survey,investigation and preparation of DPR by MORTH.
10. The Undersigned reserves the right to extend or cancel the tender/retender without assigning any
reason thereof.
11. Any further information or condition may be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
