INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS APPEARING FOR END TERM EXAM

1) Arrive at the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid complications. Latecomers (over
30 minutes) must contact the Examination Department for possible entry.

2) Student should wear complete UNIVERSITY UNIFORM, show his/her ADMIT CARD and IDENTITY CARD to the officials
before entering into the Examination center and hall.

3) Ensure you write your registration number, subject name, and exam date on both the answer book cover and the question
paper as applicable.

4) Students are required to remain in the examination hall for at least one hour after receiving the question paper.

5) Strictly follow the guidelines, including wearing the university uniform, maintaining silence, and refraining from adding
hints or notes to the question paper. Remember that severe penalties, including subject failure and expulsion from the
university, are in place for misconduct, cheating, or violating invigilator instructions.
