RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of ____, 20, by
and between:

LANDLORD: [Landlord's Full Name], residing at [Landlord's Address], Bahrain (hereinafter


referred to as "Landlord"), and

TENANT: [Tenant's Full Name], residing at [Tenant's Address], Bahrain (hereinafter referred to
as "Tenant").

1. PROPERTY DETAILS: Landlord agrees to rent to Tenant the property located at: [Full
Property Address], Bahrain ("Premises").

2. TERM OF LEASE: The lease shall commence on //20__ and shall continue: [ ] Month-to-
month [ ] Fixed Term until //20__

3. RENT & PAYMENT TERMS:

 Monthly rent: BHD ______


 Payment due on the ___ day of each month.
