[custPointsTotal] - Customer's current points on-hand

Store Info:
[busName] - Business name
[busPhone] - Business phone
[busEmail] - Business email
[busAddr] - Business address
[busCity] - Business city
[busZip] - Business zip / post code
[busSlogan] - slogan message

Order Info:
[ordItemList] - Itemized list of items on order w/charges, taxes and totals
[ordSubTot] - Subtotal amount
[ordTaxes] - Total taxes
[dlvFeeName] - delivery fee name
[dlvFeeAmt] - delivery fee amount
[autoGratAmt] - auto-gratuity amount
[tipAmt] - tip amount
[tendAmt] - amount tendered
