organization and with that they are having synergy and the cross functional area
well aligned with each other of all division of an organization and has one goal
Objectives:

1. Vision- a long- and far-sighted dream. What do you want to be in the society.
It is the social face of an organization. What you can contribute to a society
because society is really embedded nowadays because society should have
got a benefit in a long pattern. Visions are not to be accomplished but to be
followed. Visions are to be followed, and missions are to be accomplished.
Good nutritional values. Guiding beacon to the society. If vision is clear an
organization will have a clear direction.

Clear Business Vision leads to comprehensive mission statement. If you have a clear
vision then you can create a comprehensive mission statement.
Mission is like what sets you aside and reason for being why you are there and what
you are doing.
Vision and Mission
As I have watched the video, I was able to gather helpful information to gain a
better understanding of the Vision and Mission and how vital it is for an
organization. Vision refers to a long-and far-sighted dream – meaning it is for a long-
term goal, and it is also the social face of an organization. Vision is also about how
you can contribute to a society due to society nowadays are embedded and an
organization’s vision should benefit its society. Vision also refers as basic line
direction of any organization and if an organization does not have a vision or a clear
vision then they will most likely not to have a desirable and optimum result. All the
activities, policies and practices in an organization should be directed to one vision
of an organization to achieve synergy and cross functional are that is well aligned to
each division of an organization. Vision is a guiding beacon of a society – which
means it should be inspiring and motivating. My takeaway as well is that vision
statement answers the question “Where do I want to be?” and it defined optimal
desired future state – the mental picture – of what you to want to achieve in the
long pattern and that it inspires to give your best and shapes your understanding of
why you are doing what you do.
Mission refers as reason for being, as to why you are there, what sets you aside in
the similar industry. Mission answers the question “what is our business?”, “what
are we doing?”, and “how are we going to do it?”. Mission statement does not
define a long-term future state but is more concerned with the present state and it
describes what you want now and how you will achieve your long-term aspiration. It
also talks about the present leading to future, and how you will get to where you
want to be. Mission statements serve a dual purpose by helping employees remain
focused on the tasks at hand and encouraging them to find innovative ways of
moving toward increasing their productivity with the eye of achieving company
goals. Mostly, a company’s mission statement defines its culture, values, ethics,
fundamentals goals and agenda.
Vision is to be followed, and Mission is to be accomplished. Clear vision leads to
comprehensive mission statement – if you have a clear vision then you can create a
comprehensive mission statement.
My Vision and Mission Statement
As a person who is invested and inspired with fashion industry and businesses, I
would like to create my own vision and mission that is inclined to a fashion – where I
can use the best of my abilities.
Vision: To empower individuals to freely express themselves through their own
fashion style and choices without having a fear of rejection and judgement of
societal standards by providing an accessible and facile calibrated education –
schools and institutions for fashion.
Mission: To cultivate and enrich a lifelong learning about the true meaning of fashion
among individuals by fostering and providing a supportive, engaging, and
demonstrative programs for schools and institutions environment and staff.
