Table Reservation Phone Script

Staff:
"Hello, thank you for calling [Restaurant Name]. How may I assist you
today?"

Customer:
"Hi, I’d like to reserve a table for my group."

Staff:
"Sure! I’d love to help with that. Can I get your name to start?"

Customer:
"Sure, it’s [Full Name]."

Staff:
"Thanks, [Customer Name]. Can I have the best contact number for you?

Customer:
"My contact number is [Phone Number]."

Staff:
"Perfect, thank you! What is the address you want the reservation to be?

Customer:
"Our address is [Address,]."

Staff:
"Thanks for that. What’s the occasion for your reservation?"

Customer:
"It’s for a [Occasion]."

Staff:
"Sounds nice! How many people will be joining you?"

Customer:
"We’re expecting around [Number of Pax], but it could vary a little."

Staff:
"Got it! And what date and time would you like to reserve the table for?"
