Terms and Conditions
1 Inventis' Scope:
a) As per Serial No. A,B,C with tools and tackles following safety compliances.
b) GA, Erection and Shop drawings.
c) Transportation
2 Clients' Scope:
a) Clear work front and space for movement of cranes & boomlifts.
b) Single point Water supply
c) Single point Electricity supply.
d) Any other dependent work apart from mention in point 1 above
e) Material storage space shall be allocated by client. Safety and security of the unloaded material shall be the responsibility of the client.
3 Payment Terms:
a) For Supply & Installlation: 50% Advance, 30% before dispatch, 5% after mobilisation, 15% in runnning invoices within 7 days of invoicing.
4 Work Schedule:
a) To be decided and agreed between the parties mutually.
5 Other Terms:
a) Anything not included in this offer shall not be considered as part of the said offer.
b) GST shall be chargeable extra
6 Validity of Offer:
This offer is valid for 10 day from the above-mentioned date.
7 Billing:
Billing will be done as per actual work done. Quantity variation of 5% above or below considered in the offer. Any variation beyond 5% that will entail a different rate.
8 Installation:
Installation will be done referring to approved drawings only. Any work to be done beyond the scope of drawings,shall not be undertaken without prior written
approval and separate charge as may be applicable.
9 Force Majure:
Inventis shall not be liable for any losses or damages to the property or the material stored / installed in the property due to natural calamities like rain, wind, etc.
10 Prices:
The prices are offered based on the total requirement being ordered. Omission of certain sub-systems may result in different prices for the remainder of the scope.
11 Revision:
Any update/ revision / variation / changes to be done in the scope of work shall be intimated in writing in advance
12 Point of Completion:
Point of Completion of Project to be agreed upon and signed off between us mutually before the start of the project.
13 Dependency:
All the agencies or contractors on whom our work is dependent must be introduced to us. However we do not take any responsibility of monitoring or supervising
their work in any manner whatsoever.
14 Unforeseen Circumstances:
The company will take all reasonable measures it can to meet the delivery period advised to you. But in the case of unforeseen circumstances / Force Majure beyond
our reasonable controls such as weather, acts of God, traffic, mechanical breakdown of vehicle or cranes, etc. our company shall not be liable for the delay.
15 Changes in law and regulations:
Any Additional cost arising from the changes to current law and regulations are to be borne by you.
16 Local Issues:
Any local issues like union problems, local political interferences at sites, other local problems shall be dealt by your Company. Our Company shall not be responsible
for that.
17 Disputes:
All Disputes shall be subject to arbitration.
