IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Be at the UST designated entry gate 1 to 2 hours before the scheduled examination. For the morning session, designated gates will be
opened at 5:00 am; for the afternoon session, 12:30 pm. Gates will be closed at exactly 7:00 am for the morning session and 2:00 pm
for the afternoon session. Please refer to the attached UST map for location of Entry Gates. You may also check the OFAD website
(ofad.ust.edu.ph) for Entry Gate Assignments.
2. Bring this test permit when you take the USTET. Should there be a need for corrections on the personal information printed above,
kindly visit this link https://bit.ly/RequestForEdit to updated your information. Any misrepresentation is sufficient cause for
disqualification.
3. Please wear your School ID or any valid ID with picture. Applicant with no ID and test permit will not be allowed to take the
USTET.
4. Please visit the USTET online Application Portal (https://ustet.ust.edu.ph) for the UST Health Protocols.
5. Bring No. 2 lead pencil and bite-sized snacks and water.
6. You are not allowed to use your cellular phones, gadgets, and/or calculating devices during the examinations.
7. You are allowed to take the USTET only once.
8. For examinees in Provincial and International Testing Centers, please check your room assignment on the list that will be posted at the
testing center on your examination day.
9. Enrollment in any school/university prior to the release of the USTET results shall lead to the nullification of the examination taken.
The fees paid for the USTET shall be forfeited in favor of the University.
10. Passing the USTET is not the sole basis for admission to some strands. Additional entry assessment in the form of an interview,
talent test, and other similar activities may also be required.
11. The release date for the USTET Results will be announced through the website (ofad.ust.edu.ph) and other social media sites of the
UST Office for Admissions.
