 1. The Monk and the Mirror (Self-Realization)
 A young man, feeling lost, traveled to a monastery and asked a wise monk, “How do I find my
true self?”
The monk handed him a mirror and said, “Look.”
The man saw his reflection and said, “I see myself.”
The monk smiled, “Now wipe the dust off.”
As the man cleaned the mirror, his reflection became clearer.
“The dust,” the monk explained, “is fear, doubt, and ego. Remove them, and your true self will
shine.”
 Value: Self-exploration begins with clearing away illusions and embracing who you truly are.
