(BOOKING OFFICE)

I, ELSIE E. FABELLA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Davao


City, Philippines, having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, do
hereby depose and say;

1. That I am the same person who caused this execution of this


instrument;

2. That I am the Corporate Secretary of ROYAL ENERGY INC., a


business style of ROYAL ENERGY TRANSPORT with business address
located at KM. 9 DON JULIAN RD. DOÑA PILAR, VILLAGE, BRGY.
SASA, DAVAO CITY;

3. That I hereby undertake that the above-mentioned business address


will serve as BOOKING OFFICE ONLY and no stock of goods or
materials will be stored in the said area.

4. That I hereby undertake myself that should my reputation turn out to


be false, I hold the Office of the City Planning and Development
Coordinator of Davao and Business Bureau, Davao City free and
faultless from any liability arising there from and assume full
responsibility for all damages that may be sustained by any party, if
there is any;

5. That I am executing this affidavit of undertaking to attest to the truth


of the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose this may
serve under the premises.
