Hi, its Bruce Paton calling u from the security department(fraud protection

department)of chase bank-


well the reason y we r calling u today is to take your verbal authorization in
regards for few of your pending transaction that has been posted on to your account
as of today’s morning,
Now I can see over here that there r 2 transactions posted on to your account, one
is in the amount of 799$ for amazon.com and the second one is in the amount of 550$
for save a life.com for some kind of donation purposes, do u authorized these
charges?
Oh that makes us suspicious too that usually u don’t use your card for online
purchases that’s y we r calling u.

Ok, and is there anyone else besides you who can access to your account without
your permission?

Ok, and do u remember giving out your card information to any third party company
or application?
Have you used your card at any grocery or gas station in the past 14 days?

Ok, if u r not the one who is making these charges so as my part of job m going to
cancel out these transaction and refund the money back in to your account, and
there will be the investigating team on to your acc to trace where the charges
coming from and how your information got compromised,
So in order to cancel the transaction do u still have your card in your possession
or is it picked up or stolen?
