Thank you for your enquiry, and we have pleasure in submitting our quotation for your
consideration as hereunder:
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
1. MODEL: SKD-DUCTED
R-410A SKM Ducted Indoor Unit for Concealed Ducted Split System as per Bulletin # 289
for 50Hz and #288 for 60Hz complete with the following:
• High efficiency evaporator coil with Inner - grooved tubes and pre-coated hydrophilic
aluminum fins
• High efficiency DIDW forward curved direct driven centrifugal fan for quiet operation, direct
driven by low power consumption double shaft PSC electric motor with insulation class "B" and
thermally protected.
• Units are supplied with washable nylon mesh filter.
• Unit casing is made from zinc coated galvanized steel and plastic fan housing.
• Touch pad thermostats with remote show working status (cool, heat or ventilation), fan speed,
room temperature, set-point temperature.
• Units are suitable for 220-240V/50Hz/1Ph for 50Hz or 220-240V/60Hz/1Ph for 60Hz power
supply based on selection.
2. MODEL: SKD-DUCTED
SKM RX(052) 50 Hz +RX(05)S3 60 Hz outdoor Side discharge Unit.
• SKM ducted mini-split system are available in different models covering 1 TR to 5 TR (5 kW to
18 kW) at nominal condition.
• High efficiency hermetically Rotary & Scroll type compressor, with R-410a refrigerant.
• High efficiency coils with inner groove copper tubes, mechanically bonded to hi-efficiency pre
coated Aluminum fins to ensure optimum heat transfer.
• SKM ducted split system comes equipped with a WiFi kit.
3. MODEL:MSKM IDU KSA
SKM MSKMP-CWTCD0 decorative split system with indoor high wall unit
• "SKM decorative split system are available in different models covering 1 TR to 3 TR (3.5 kW
to 10.6 kW) at nominal condition.
• High efficiency evaporator coil with Inner - grooved tubes.
• Auto restart function, Refrigerant Leakage Detect, 3D Airflow and 2 Way Drain Connection
4. MODEL: MSKM ODU KSA
SKM MSKMP-CWTCD0 decorative split system with outdoor side discharge unit
• "SKM decorative split system are available in different models covering 1 TR to 3 TR (3.5 kW
to 10.6 kW) at nominal condition.
• High efficiency ROTARY type compressor, with R-410a refrigerant, operates in 60 hz.
• High efficiency coils with inner groove tubes, mechanically bonded to hi-efficiency hydrophilic
aluminum fins to ensure optimum heat Transfer.

Notes:
• This offer is to supply HVAC Equipment only. Installation, commissioning & start-up of the units
are out of SKM's scope of supply, unless otherwise stated in our offer.
• This offer does not include any mechanical or electrical field works.
• This offer does not include any cost for performance testing or factory visit, unless otherwise
stated in our offer.
• This offer does not include any other units and options unless otherwise stated in our offer.
SKM Terms & Conditions:
Delivery : Delivered Duty Paid.
Payment : Advance 100%.
Validity: 30 days from the date of quotation.
Maintenance: Periodical maintenance shall be followed by the customer. You can refer to the
relevant SKM Installation, Operational & Maintenance Manual (IOM) for the detailed procedures
and instructions. Records of such shall be retained and that SKM reserves the right to audit and
examine them at any time.
Warranty: Units are covered under SKM standard warranty (Form# MFK/WRNTY/2005) for 18
months from the date of dispatch OR 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever comes
earlier. Also, 5 years warranty on hermetic compressors from the date of dispatch, wherever
applicable.
The warranty is subject to the following terms & conditions:
• SKM shall not be liable for incidental damages of whatsoever nature reason.
• SKM shall not be liable for damages in transit, deterioration or damage while stored in an
inappropriate place.
• The warranty does not include the cost of labor in repairing or removing a defective part, or in
installing a replacement part.
• The warranty does not include consumables, such as refrigerant gas, belts, filters, etc.
Storage: Seven days free storage is allowed from date of notification from SKM after which
applicable charges will be imposed as per SKM policy.
Cancellation Charges: In an unlikely event of amendment (reducing the order) or cancellation of
order, 25% of order value will be charged if the order is amended (order reduced) or cancelled
before start of production plus all costs incurred by SKM Air Conditioning L.L.C in fulfilling the order
until the date of receipt of the notice of amendment or cancellation. If the order is amended (order
reduced) or cancelled after start of production, full order value will be charged.
Taxes: It is hereby clarified that all Prices do not include Value added tax (VAT) or any other taxes.
Therefore the Prices shall be increased by the amount of any after-imposed taxes by any competent
authority in UAE or abroad whether federal or local in which the Buyer in addition to the Quoted price will be
required to pay to the Seller (by way of reimbursement to the Seller where applicable).
"This tender is governed by and subject to SKMs standard conditions of sale for Air-conditioning
Machinery & Equipment (Form # STC/01/98 dt. 15th June, 1998).A copy of same shall be provided on
request."
