BOARD EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

Dear Parents & Students,
Greetings from DPS Electronic City!
As we approach the upcoming Board Examinations, you are requested to follow a few
instructions to ensure a smooth and successful examination experience.

General Instructions:

• Students must be attired in complete white school uniform.


• Wearing ID card is a must.
• Students must carry their admit card and necessary stationery items.
• Reach the Centre–JSS Public School, HSR one hour prior to the commencement of
the examination.
• Entry to the Examination hall 9:45-10AM.
• Distribution of question papers to candidates, Reading time 10:15 AM.
• Commencement of Exam 10:30 AM.
• No candidate will be allowed in the Examination Centre after 10 AM.
Transport Related Instructions:
• Transportation will be provided in the morning for the students from our school
campus to the examination centre.
• Students opting for school transport to go to the Exam Centre must reach our school
campus by 7:20 AM.
• Bus will leave the school campus by sharp 7:30 AM.
• There is no provision of school transportation after the examination. Parents have
to make necessary arrangements to pick their ward.
