History of Metaverse
The first thing to know about the metaverse is that the word was coined by Neal
Stephenson in 1992. The word was primly mentioned in his science fiction novel 'Snow
Crash'. He imagined a 21st-century dystopian future ‫ هضتحبل بتئسش فت البتنى الحتئي والعشتنني‬as a
medium for people to escape from their reality just as displayed in 'The Matrix', though
with a dye of unwillingness ‫صلغة عدم النغلة‬.
In the last past decade, virtual reality has been the most popular and fascinating
technology, and now Metaverse is emerging in modern times Metaverse ‫ًشت فت العصتن الحتدن‬.
This technology is the next level of VR. It provides a 3D digital experience, and it
combines the physical world with the virtual world. Many businesses are adopting
Metaverse technology in their business.

What is the Metaverse Virtual Reality?

The Metaverse is an online, open, shared, persistent, three-dimensional virtual reality
that allows people to connect from all parts of their lives. It would link many platforms,
same as how the World Wide Web connects several websites using one browser.

Why Virtual Reality is called Metaverse?

Neal Stephenson, Snow Crash (1992). The term metaverse was coined in Neal
Stephenson's 1992 science fiction novel Snow Crash, where humans, as programmable
avatars, interact with each other and software agents in a three-dimensional virtual
space that uses the metaphor of the real world ‫حي نحفئع اللشتن ك فئجتئ قئبت لللنهجتة هت بعضتمن‬
‫اللعض وه وكالء اللنهجيئت ف هضئحة افحناضية ثالثية األبعئي جضحخدم اصحعئ ة العئلن الحبيب‬.

How do you explain the Metaverse?

The Metaverse is defined as a spatial computing platform ‫ هٌصة الحوصتلة الوكئًيتة‬that provides
digital experiences as an alternative to or a replica of the real world, along with key
civilizational aspects like social interactions, currency, trade, economy, and property
ownership – founded on bedrock of blockchain technology ‫ج صضث على أصئس جبٌية‬.

What's the difference between Metaverse and Virtual Reality?

Virtual Reality, or VR, is the technology for creating three-dimensional environments
with sight, touch, and sound elements. Contrary to the metaverse, which is a shared
virtual world owned by its users, with VR, a company or brand owns the VR system and
all of its related content.
What is Metaverse example?
The Sandbox is a metaverse example that lets users play and build virtual worlds with the
option to monetize their experiences ‫جحبيت التدل هتي ججتئ بمن‬, services, and products for sale or
trade. Sandbox allows users to own non-interchangeable in-game assets ‫األصتو غيتن البئبلتة‬
‫ للحلدن ف اللعلتة‬such as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) ‫ النهتو غيتن البئبلتة لالصتحلدا‬and buy and sell
real estate ‫شناء وبي العبئ ات‬.

Is the Metaverse real life?

The metaverse is an all-encompassing digital world ‫ عتئلن قوت شتئه‬that exists parallel to
the real world. But in 2022, experts still aren't sure whether the metaverse could evolve
into something similar ‫ال نزا الخلناء غين هح كدني هوئ إذا كئى الويحئفينس نوكي أى نحطو إلى ش ء هوئث‬.
In the case of the Facebook Metaverse, it is owned by the company founder and
CEO, Mark Zuckerberg.

What is the main goal of the Metaverse?

The developers of the metaverse technology have the real goal to replace the digital
world (internet) by the virtual world. Internet users will be able to interact directly in
the digital world. ➜ Discover Botnation and launch your chatbot easily!
How Metaverse will change the world?
The metaverse will increase teleworker camaraderie ‫ نتتئية وح النفئقيتتة بتتيي العتتئهليي عتتي بعتتد‬,
improve collaboration, speed up training, reduce the need for office space and make
work a happier place in general.

Do you need Virtual Reality for Metaverse?

Do You Need a VR Headset For the Metaverse?
No, by definition, the metaverse is any virtual space in which users interact within a
computer-generated environment. In this way, VR and the metaverse can come together for
an enhanced experience, but it is not a requirement to have both.
How to join the metaverse without a VR headset?
 Go to the Decentraland website and click Start Exploring in the top-right corner.
 You have two options: Play as a guest or Play using your wallet.
 If you play as a guest, the game will now load.
Users can join the metaverse freely at any time, from anywhere in the world and in doing
so there's always continuity to their experience. A metaverse will evolve over time based
on the shared contributions of its users, like the content and experiences designed by them.

Types of Metaverse
In traditional type of the metaverse, there are two forms – web2 & web3 metaverse. This
type of metaverse functions on a centralized system where a central organization controls
user data access. It means that there is no mechanism of blockchain integration in these
metaverse.

What do people do in the Metaverse?

Things you would do in the metaverse but not in real life worldwide 2021. Trying extreme
sports is the most popular thing that people would do in the metaverse but not in real life.
Other such activities include altering one's consciousness with VR instead of intoxicants, or
creating an alter ego.

Why Metaverse is the future?

As those worlds become more immersive as part of the metaverse, it's only natural
data usage is going to increase. The metaverse promises to bring new levels of social
connection, mobility and collaboration to a world and it is certainly something to keep a
keen pulse on.
Will the Metaverse replace reality?
While some of this may involve virtual reality, it can also include more readily accessible
modes like smartphone-enabled augmented reality. While it is an improvement on what
came before, the metaverse still will be insufficient to replace the fidelity of the
physical world.

Can anyone build Metaverse?

Anyone can create a metaverse for their community, common interest group, shared
cause or for any reason for people to come together. Metaverse economies are powered
by crypto assets and experiences. For instance, crypto assets may be used to purchase
items at stores run by other users.

How does Metaverse look like?

Metaverse is basically the internet. But instead of going to websites, you go to real places—
where mixed reality glasses reveal otherwise invisible digital layers. That means your
living room could have a layer for watching a giant virtual TV.

Can you touch people in the Metaverse?

The biggest question many new users have when they enter the metaverse is “how do I
touch things?” The answer is, you just have to will it. If you want to pick up an object or
touch someone, you have to “try” to do it—and only if the other person consents to
being touched will your avatar's hand actually move ‫فبط إذا واف الشخص اآللن على لوضه صتو‬
‫جححنك ند الصو ة النهزنة الخئصة بك‬.
Through digital twins, metaverse will allow for replication of buildings, cities, and even
the earth to better understand our impact on the environment and help advance climate
science.
