The humble petition for Surrender cum


bail on behalf of the accused person
namely.
1. Kallu Bhuiyan aged about s/o-
Jagarnath Ram R/V- Bulka, P.S.-
Ramna, Dist.- Garhwa.

Is as follows:-
1.That the above named accused person is surrendering before this
learned court in connection with the aforesaid case and prays for regular
bail.
2. That no bail petition has earlier been filed on behalf of the accused
above named either to this learned court or before any Higher Court. .
3.That the accused person is innocent and he has committed no offence
and he has been falsely implicated in this case .
4. That the accused person is not named in the F.I.R. but nothing has
been recovered from his conscious possession.
5. That the accused is the driver and owner of the seized motorcycle.
6. That the allegation levelled against accused person is false and
concocted.
7. That this case has been instituted by the informant against these
accused person is only for the purpose of harass and humiliate or
economic loss to him.
8. That it is fact that the accused person has got no concern with the
alleged crime.

9. That the accused person has got no criminal antecedents behind their
carrier .
10. That all sections are bailable in nature.
11.That the accused person is a respectable persons in their society .
12. That the accused person is a man of means and not likely to abscond
or temper with the evidence.
13.That the accused person is ready to abide by all terms and conditions
which will be imposed upon him by this learned court .
14.That the accused person is also ready to furnished the bail bond as
directed by this learned court .
15.That other and further ground shall be urged at the time of hearing .

may graciously be pleased enough to
admit the accused person to bail.
