Product Specialist/Medical Sales Representative

Introduce medical implant to surgeons and arrange CME together with hospital surgeons and
hospital attendees. One of most crucial area is to build repo with surgeons and currently servicing
10 surgeons. Visiting clinic for follow up and progress. In addition, also assisting surgeon
(scrub in) OT to ease surgeon handling implant during surgery with average five cases per
month. Contributed in sales from (East Coast (Pahang and Klang Valley). Recommended to
management from specialist doctor with excellent service.

Goods Flow Process Leader & Team Manager

Market Hall
Develop a traffic light system to ensure the efficiency of daily routine goods flow process.
Reducing the touch point of handling goods efficiency at warehouse and shop floor.
Ensuring all of the articles at the shop floor at the highest level for over thousands of customer
per day. Providing feedbacks with forecasting articles to ensure there are no empty space at the
shop floor. In addition able to drive forklift and also learn in depth on leadership skills program
as I was promoted to Team Leader.
Managing the door to floor method with 75% of goods to reduce the handling together with
inspiring 7-10 co-workers with scheduling and timecards. During managing team I’ve managed
to increase the productivity from 73% to 100% with the reducing the OT intake from 336 hours
to 249 hours. With door to floor method we resulted in from 51% Direct Flow Kpi into 65%.

Assisting in inventory gross (TT 456) in the store during cycle and yearly count from 1724 articles
counted with gross margin RM150000. We also did reconciliation in our external warehouse for
our updated inventory every year in result we managed to reduced capacity in external
warehouse from 98% to 74% percent by bringing the articles by season clearing.

Warehouse & E-Commerce

Managing 30 - 40 coworkers team in ensuring fulfillment operations efficiency. Analyze NEWS


articles available at picking locations for ease of easy buying customer. Picking efficiency 8
minutes per articles and has been reduced to 3 minutes per articles this resulted into
achievement of fulfillment headcount. Together with the information analyzed created locations
or rearrange according to the HEAT map. We did around 7k to 9k picking per month with the
Heat Map it allows pickers to strategically plan picking and also this resulted increase efficiency
from 150 order per day into 291 order per day. Growth of Ecommerce was one of our achieved
with 121% over budget with the successful rate of handed over on time. Operations runs with
the safety and security standards of IKEA. Alongside with the warehouse created a Blue Card
system inventory control to prevent oversold this results into 0.37%. Our KPI is 0.5% and before
the result was 1.7%. One of the challenges with our transport service provider is ensuring
picking efficiency and improved the quality picked and packed this is based control measure
with BI-weekly meeting. We met our Kpi for handed over on time with 98% success rate. By
improving warehouse management system (Navision) it resulted in daily routine and gross for
damaged/missing articles. Damaged articles has been reduced from 7 articles per week into 3
articles with warehouse management marking solution to prevent more damages. In conjunction
with that I was promoted to Team Manager for fulfillment.
