Guidelines for TALENT HUNT
1. Objective
The Talent Hunt at UDBHAV 2025 seeks to offer a platform for students to exhibit their diverse abilities,
cultivating creativity, innovation, and entertainment, while fostering both a competitive and collaborative
atmosphere.
2. Registration
• Participants can register online or offline in the campus.
• Visit: https://www.cimp.ac.in/udbhav to register for the competitions and view more event details.
3. Talent Categories
• Rap (solo), Dancing (solo), Stand-Up Comedy, Instrumental Music (Piano, Guitar, Drums), Mimicry,
Theatrical Performances (Short skits, mono-acts), Shayari, Storytelling/Speeches, Magic Tricks/Illusions/Mind
Reading, Beatboxing, Juggling, Speed Painting, Rubik’s Cube Solving, Breakdancing, A crobatics, Folk Dance,
Traditional Music (Sitar, Sarangi), Cultural Crafts, Working Models (live demonstration), Karate skills, etc.
4. Event Format
• The Talent Hunt will unfold in a single round, with participants showcasing their performances before both
the audience and the judging panel.
• Performance Time: Each participant will be allotted approx. 3- 5 minute to perform depending on the
nature of performance and number of participants.
5. Judging Parameters
The performances will be judged based on the following criteria:
• Creativity and Originality: How unique and inventive the performance is.
• Execution: Overall quality of the act and level of execution
• Stage Presence: Confidence, audience interaction, and delivery of overall presentation.
• Entertainment Value: Level of engagement and excitement generated.
• Audience Voting: Total audience voting will contribute to 10 percent weightage in results.
6. Rules and Regulations
• Any form of misconduct will precipitate immediate disqualification from the event.
• Punctuality is imperative. Participants need to check in one hour prior to the commencement of the event.
• Each participant is permitted a single performance only.
• Participants are mandated to independently arrange all requisite props, materials, and items for the event.
• All participants must provide description of their act and any technical requirements at the time of

• All performances must be appropriate for a diverse audience. Any act featuring objectionable or
unsuitable content, such as offensive language, gestures, will result in immediate disqualification.
• The verdict of the judging panel shall be deemed final and irrevocable. Additionally, audience voting will
constitute 10% of the overall evaluation.
• The organizers will not bear liability for loss and damage of any personal belongings during the event.
