refund at the earliest, if applicable.

3. We have taken the date of foreclosure as December 15, 2024. For each day beyond this date an additional interest will be charged at

the rate of Rs. 5.90 per day.

5. Subject to point 6 herein below following documents would be dispatched to our local branches within 30 days of clearance of the
Prepayment paid towards your Loan account. You shall be contact the local branch for the same. a. For Vehicle Loans & TW - No Objection
letter / Form-35 to release Hypothecation b. For Home Equity - Title Documents of the Immovable Property under mortgage.
6. If any Top-up or other Loan is linked to this asset, then only upon prepayment of said loan NOC or property document as applicable will
be released.
7. If single PDC is given for multiple loans, only upon submission of Swap PDC's the above referred loan will get closed
