PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Policy
Process for gaining and maintaining your license to deliver training in
PROACT-SCIPr-UK® the Whole Approach Curriculum.
Only Instructors with a current certificate issued by Loddon Training are licensed to deliver
PROACT-SCIPr-UK® the Whole Approach Curriculum.
PROACT-SCIPr-UK® the Whole Approach Curriculum - Instructor Course – Days 1- 5
Statement: The Instructor course comprises of the following 3 elements:
1. Four-day intensive course and assessment
2. Portfolio of evidence
3. Day five – final assessment
Participants MUST successfully complete all aspects of the course to the required standard in
order to gain their license as an Instructor.
Stage 1 – PROACT-SCIPr-UK® the Whole Approach Curriculum - Instructor Course Day 1-4
Participants who have attended and passed days 1- 4 of their Instructor course will be permitted
to deliver courses within their organisation in line with the policy - Overview of Courses.
Stage 2 – Portfolio
Participants are required to submit a portfolio 30 days prior to attending Day 5 of their Instructor
Course. (Where a portfolio has not been submitted participants will not be eligible to complete
their course and be licensed as an Instructor).
Stage 3 - PROACT-SCIPr-UK® the Whole Approach Curriculum - Instructor Course – Day 5
Participants must attend and pass day 5 of their Instructor Course in order to be licensed as an
Instructor and continue to delivering training.
Maintaining your License
Instructor Refresher/Update (Re-Cert)
Participants must maintain their portfolio and attend and pass their annual one-day Instructor
Refresher/Update in order to remain licensed as a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Instructor and deliver
training.
Instructors are advised that it is their personal responsibility to book and successfully complete their Instructor
Refresher/Update before their license expires. (Expiry date can be found on the certificate)

Failure to do this will mean that they are NOT licensed and unable to deliver
PROACT-SCIPr-UK® courses without incurring the costs of retaking the full Instructor training.
