This scholarship opportunity is only for meritorious students (residents of Sindh) currently studying in Grade
V of the Schools being run by the School Education & Literacy Dept
Please fill the application form properly with complete and correct information/ answers.
Completely filled in Registration Form, duly endorsed by the concerned Head Teacher (as per the
requirements contained therein) along with recent 04 passport size pictures and the original Fee
Challan must be submitted to the SIBA Testing Service (STS), Sukkur IBA University, Airport road Sukkur
by courier or by hand. In case the submitted Registration Forms are not duly filled in, and/or fail to meet the
requisite criteria, such Form will be rejected.
Please do not leave any field blank, otherwise your application may not be considered.
In case of any omission or misrepresentation, SEF will not be responsible and reserves the right to reject the
Application at any stage.
District wise Merit Lists will be drawn up whereby top performing 26 students from SE&LD (Govt. Schools)
will be selected for each district.
This Registration / Advertisement is not meant for students from SEF Assisted Schools, as they will be sent to
the respective institutions as per their results in the Annual Assessment conducted by SEF in the order of
merit.
Applicants are required to keep the record of original fee deposit slip/ challan.
Submission of application form by hand/courier at SIBA Testing Service (STS), Sukkur IBA University,
Airport road Sukkur is also acceptable.
Entry Test Fee is non-refundable.
Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed in test center premises.
Information about Roll No Slip/Test date/Test Center will be provided by SMS, Website, Email, Face book.
The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) only of Subjects including: English
(40%), Maths (40%) and Science (20%). Sample test paper is at www.sef.org.pk or www.ibacc.edu.pk or

Finally, selected students’ parents will sign an undertaking with SEF that their son/daughter will continue
education upto Grade 12 under the Scholarship Program.
Last date for Registration is Monday April 15, 2019 latest by 5:00 pm. All Registration forms must be
submitted by this date.
