Functions of Management:
1. Planning – Setting objectives and determining strategies.
2. Organizing – Assigning tasks and allocating resources.

4. Controlling – Monitoring performance and making adjustments.

Key concepts in business economics include demand and supply, market structures, and
cost concepts.

Financial accounting involves recording, summarizing, and reporting financial transactions.
Financial Statements:
1. Balance Sheet – Assets = Liabilities + Equity.
