Selection Rules
Bedspring Armour: If a tank protected by Bedspring Armour fails an Armour Save against a weapon with a Firepower of 5+ or 6 hitting its Side armour, roll
a die.
On a roll of 5+ the Bedspring Armour protects the tank and the hit is ignored.
Otherwise the hit affects the Side armour as normal. (Berlin: Soviet p4)
Brutal: Intantry, Gun and Unarmoured Tank Teams re-roll successful Saves. ()
For the Motherland: Infantry with For the Motherland have a better Assault rating. (Bagration: Soviet p5)
Forward Firing: Weapons can only hit targets fully in front of the Team. ()
Gun: Gun Teams has a worse Assault rating. ()
Gun Shield: A Gun Team with the Gun Shield is in Bulletproof Cover when Shot at from in front of the Team's base. A Gun Shield does not offer any
protection against Artillery Bombardments or if the Team moved at Dash speed. ()
Heavy Tank: Heavy Tanks have a better Counterattack rating. (Bagration: Soviet p4)
Large Gun: Cannot be placed from Ambush within 16"/40cm of the enemy. ()
Limited 1: Each time this Unit shoots, # number of its Teams may shoot as that Weapon rather than its usual weapons.
Each time this Unit rolls to Hit in an Assault, # number of its Teams may attack with that Weapon rather than its usual weapons. (Berlin: Soviet p5)
Not One Step back: Units with Not One Step Backhave a better Last Stand rating. (Berlin: Soviet p4)
Passengers 2: Team can carry two Infantry Teams as Passangers ()
Pinned ROF 1: Reduce ROF to 1 when Pinned Down ()
Self-Defence AA: Self-Defence AA weapons can Shoot at Aircraft with ROF 1. ()
Slow Firing: +1 To Hit for Moving ROF. ()
Spearhead: Unit can move before the game to expand the Deployment Area. ()
Transport Attachment: Attachment are additional Teams associated with a Unit.
Infantry and Gun Units containing Transport Teams as a Tank Attachment (ore vice versa) are split into two Units, an Infantry or Gun Unit and an Transport
Unit (each with their Unit Leader). Both parts of the Unit operate independently as seperate Units, supporting each other, altough they deploy as a single
Unit. ()
Unarmoured Tank: ()
Unit Transport: The Unit Leader of the Transport Attachment must end the Movement Step within 6"/15cm of the Unit Leader of its Passenger Unit while
on the Table. If it cannot do this, then the Transport Attachment must be Sent to the Rear (see page 45 of the rulebook). (Bagration: Soviet p5)
