and will include:
4 1 20
Existing feature New Defect
enhancements Feature fixes
Details of these enhancements are covered over the following slides.
Important – please note that due to the nature of the changes we are making, existing
test data will need to be cleared from the platform. Apologies for the inconvenience this
will cause
Existing feature enhancements
These are smaller changes we’ve made across the platform to improve the overall User Experience (UX)
and have been prioritised for development/release based on your feedback.
• ‘Sticky’ navigation – for the Fact Find and Requirements sections, we’ve improved the UX by
anchoring the controls you use most to the bottom of the page, which should mean no more hunting
for that Edit button!
• Section completion indicators – we’ve made a small tweak to make the section status clearer
• Employment Capture – the employment capture screens have been updated to improve the UX and
make the flow more intuitive
• Loading progress bar – as pages load, there’s now a progress bar included at the top of the screen
to give an indication of progress

New features
These features introduce new functionality you
won’t have seen so far when using CRM Brain.
They are complete enough to provide value to you
as a user, but we plan to iterate based on your
feedback
• Address Book – this allows you to capture and
store contact details across various categories
within CRM Brain. This functionality ranked
highly on the list of useful supporting features
our customers would like to see included
New features
You can now add various company types to your contact list and, once the company has been
created, you can add branch details and individuals to each record
Defect fixes
Defect fixes will address issues identified across the platform during the pilot. These include
(but are not limited to):
• Date validation – adding a ‘five figure year’ was possible in all date fields, leading to
issues with saving progress.
• Filters – you fed back that some filters didn’t behave as expected – these have now been
updated
• Product Capture – LTV – some back-end validation on this field prevented records saving
correctly
• Budget planner – as with Product LTV, the Description field was being validated
unexpectedly on the back end and this caused some confusion, so the validation has been
removed whilst we investigate enhanced UX for the budget planner overall
