EXECUTIVE SYNOPSIS

Possess experience in planning of work, handling manpower, conducting TBT’s, coordinatingthe technical aspects of the project. Possess experience in erection & commissioning of motors & testing of various HV/MV motors. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop maintenance strategy to resolve the critical problems with the electrical systems to ensure their reliable operation without any plant down time. Suggest and implement necessary technical improvements Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the equipment back in operation within minimum turnaround time Evaluation and assimilation of electrical drawing as per client specification. Coordinate with team for smooth execution as per completion schedule & target. Coordinate with other departments for front clearance. Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment (HSE) responsibilities. Strictly follow Safety norms of STA, JSA, Tool Box talk, Height permit, and hot work permitetc. Measurement, Log sheet of DG Set, Lighting Masts etc. Doing scheduling of man power, Material, Plant & machinery Client Invoicing (Supply, Erection and PV) for Our Job. Maintenance of all types of high voltage up to 6.6 KV and low voltage Electrical equipment’s like Motors, Circuit breakers, Contactors, Isolators, Transformers, Busduct etc. Maintenance of HT & LT motors 0.37KW to 6.6 MW makes Siemens, ABB, Etc. Testing and commissioning of bus ducts of following ratings between transformer secondary and the switchgear incomer panel. Panel installation, I/C & O/G all cable loop checking i.e. HT PANEL (6.6kv), ASB, MCC, EPMC, PCC, ACDB, ECS, DCDB & VFD panel (to operate 14.5 MW Extruder motor). LV/HV motor PM and condition monitoring like bearing temperature, abnormal sound, vibration etc. Electrical circuit/SLD diagram for HAZARDOUS AND NONHAZARDOUS AREA LIGHTING FIXTURES AND ACCESSORIES. Laying of cables of different voltage grade and types of the following overall diameters in ready trays/trenches/ supported. Coordinate all activities pertaining to Electrical such as Cable tray installation in pipe rack,Earthling, Lighting, construction power network etc. as per quality & standard.
