FADE OUT.
NARRATOR/AYANA
(voice is soft, reflective tone) My family wasn’t always this broken.
There was a moment when our home was filled with laughter that echoed
through every room, prayers that carried us closer, and a love so
strong it felt unshakable. We were more than just a family—we were a
team, complete and whole, bound together by something unspoken but
undeniable. Those days feel like a distant memory, like a photograph
fading at the edges.
FLASHBACK SEQUENCE:
NARRATOR/AYANA
But everything changed. It didn’t happen all at once—just little
shifts, barely noticeable at first. You’d hardly notice the devil
making his move: to kill, to steal, to destroy.
And then, one day, I felt something or someone whisper to me, saying:
I wasn’t enough.
[LOUD EERIE SILENCE.]
MR. ROBERTS
(Upset but well composed)
Tama na, Ayana. Ayoko na ng ganito. We’re just trying to help you.
MRS. ROBERTS
(Almost pleading; vulnerable)
Ayana, hindi ito tungkol sa favoritism. Mahalaga kayo pareho ni Andrew
sa amin—higit pa sa iniisip mo. Sinusubukan namin, Ayana, ginagawa
namin ang lahat para sa ikabubuti mo. Bakit hindi mo makita iyon?
AYANA
(Fuming, pointing towards her parents disrespectfully)
Oh, is this what love looks like? Ignoring me while you bend over
backwards for him? You hardly even notice me anymore! It’s always
about Andy, isn’t it? Everything he does is perfect, and I’m just...
not enough for you!
MRS. ROBERTS
(Quiet but firm, tears in her eyes)
Ayana, that’s not true. We notice you. We see you, but y-you’re
shutting us out. We’re worried about the path you’re on; the things
you’ve been turning to for answers. Those horoscopes... they’re not
going to help you. They’re only pulling you further away from the
truth. Anak—
AYANA
(Cutting her off, defensive)
What truth? That I’m not good enough? That I’ll never be Andy? At
least horoscopes make sense. They don’t judge me. They tell me what I
need to hear, unlike you two!
[For a moment, Ayana catches Andrew peeking from across the living
room. His expression is a mix of concern and helplessness.]
[Out of frustration, she walks away from her parents, brushing past
Andrew as she storms into her room, slamming the door behind her.]
The bell rings. Students shuffle out of the classroom, chatting and
laughing. Ayana lingers behind, gathering her things slowly, lost in
her own world.
[Cut to Ayana walking out of the school gate. The sun hangs low in the
sky, casting long shadows as she walks home alone.]
[Ayana sits on her bed, on a video call with her best friends, Noah
and Celine, (15).]
NOAH
Anyone checked out their tarot readings yet?
CELINE
(Confused for a moment)
Tarot—? Oh, shoot. Completely forgot about that. I’ll be back, guys.
[Celine puts down the phone, leaving Noah and Ayana alone to talk.]
NOAH
(Looking intrigued)
So, Ayana, did you see yours? Mine said something about a big change
coming soon. Honestly, it’s kind of freaky how accurate these things
can be.
AYANA
(Smiling faintly)
Yeah, mine mentioned something about ‘finding clarity.’ I’ve been
thinking about it all day. Feels like it actually makes sense.
AYANA
Anyway, I should go. Talk to you later, Noah.
[She ends the call and sets the phone down on her bed, her expression
shifting to one of quiet contemplation.]
[Ayana hears the door to her bedroom open but doesn’t bother to look.
She stays focused on the tarot cards spread out in front of her.]
ANDREW (O.S)
Ayos ka lang ba?
[Andrew steps into the frame of the camera, hesitating for a moment
before sitting at the edge of Ayana’s bed. He glances at her, but she
keeps her eyes firmly on the cards, refusing to acknowledge him.]
AYANA
(Annoyed)
Go away.
ANDREW
(With a quiet sigh)
Talaga bang nakakatulong 'yan? Mas gumagaan ba ang pakiramdam mo dahil
diyan?
[Andrew reaches out, his fingers brushing against one of the tarot
cards. Ayana snaps her head toward him, her expression sharp, and she
slaps his hand away.]
AYANA
(Angry)
I said don’t touch them!
ANDREW
(Leaning back, raising his hands in mock surrender)
Okay, okay. Just trying to understand.
ANDREW (CONT’D)
I just wanted to check on you. Sina Nanay at Tatay... nag-aalala sila
sa iyo.
AYANA
(Rolling her eyes)
Of course they are. So, what now? They sent you in to play good ol’
brother and peacemaker because they can’t handle me? They just can’t
admit that they’ve lost control—that I’m not some little kid they can
order around anymore.
FILLER SCENE:
NEXT DAY.
INT. STREETS - NEAR HOUSE - AFTERNOON
[Ayana walks home from school, her bag hanging loosely off one
shoulder. Her face is set in a frown, clearly upset about the earlier
confrontation with Andrew and her parents.]
AYANA
(Mumbling)
None of them understand me. It’s like I’m just... drifting further
away.
AYANA
(Quieter, almost thoughtful)
I just... I just want things to be normal again.
[She pulls out her phone and notices a series of texts from Celine and
Noah in their group chat. The messages read: "Celine: Guys, Tarot
readings tonight at my place?" and "Noah: You better show up, Ayana.
Don’t leave me to suffer alone with Celine’s ‘expert’ readings."]
[She sighs, a small chuckle escaped her lips, and starts typing a
reply: "Be there in 10."]
[Laugh fills the room. Ayana, Noah, and Celine sit cross-legged on a
fluffy rug, tarot cards, and a half-empty bowl of chips spread out
between them.]
CELINE
(Excitedly holding up a card and a tad bit dramatic)
Okay, Noah, your turn! What do the cards say about your very dramatic
love life?
NOAH
(Laughing)
Dramatic? Please, the cards probably know I have zero game. Let’s hear
it.
CELINE
(Grinning)
Ah-ha! The Fool. New beginnings, endless potential… Or maybe it just
means you’re clueless.
NOAH
(Snickering)
Sounds about right. What about you, Ayana? What’s the universe got in
store for you?
CELINE
(Whispering, fake anticipation)
Ooooh, the Tower. Big changes. Maybe even chaos. What’s that about,
Ayana?
AYANA
(Smiling faintly)
Chaos, huh? Feels like I’ve already been living it.
[The mood shifts slightly, the laughter dying down as the weight of
her words settles in the room. Celine and Noah trade a glance.]
NOAH
(Softly)
Hey, you know we’re here for you, right? Whatever the cards say… they
don’t decide who you are.
CELINE
(Nodding)
Yeah, Ayana. It’s just for fun. But if you ever want to talk, we’re
serious about that part.
[Noah and Celine sensed that she didn’t want to talk about it so they
decided it was time to leave.]
NOAH
(pretends to yawn sleepily)
It’s getting late, I’m gonna go home or else I might crash here.
CELINE
(Rolls her eyes at Noah before smiling gently towards Ayana)
I’ll have my dad drive Ayana home.
[Ayana trudges up the stairs lazily, headphones over her ears. She
pauses briefly by her parent's bedroom door when faint sobbing reaches
her ears, muffled but unmistakable.]
[Curiosity and concern flicker across her face. The camera shifts to
the slight crack in the door, offering a view of Mrs. Roberts sitting
on the floor, her face buried in her hands. Her shoulders tremble with
each sob. Mr. Roberts kneels beside her, hesitant, his hand hovering
before resting lightly on her back.]
MRS. ROBERTS
(Sobbing, her voice trembling)
Hindi ko inakala na magagawa mo ito sa amin. Sa akin? Paano mo
nagawang sirain ang pamilya natin?!
[Ayana’s expression shifts to confusion, then worry. She removes her
headphones and leans closer to the door, listening intently.]
[Mrs. Roberts’ sobs intensify, her anger cutting through her grief.]
MR. ROBERTS
(Desperate, his voice breaking)
Alam ko, mali ako. Pero gagawin ko ang lahat para maitama ito. Bigyan
mo lang ako ng pagkakataon.
MRS. ROBERTS
(Shaking her head, wiping her tears)
Hindi ito ganun kasimple. Paano ako magtitiwala ulit? Ano ang
mangyayari sa atin?
[Ayana steps back from the door, her breathing uneven. The argument
leaves her visibly shaken. She grips the stair railing tightly,
conflicted, before silently retreating to her room. The camera lingers
on the closed door, the muffled sounds of her parents' voices
continuing in the background.]
FILLER SCENE:
[Ayana and Andrew sit silently at the dining table, their eyes
shifting uncomfortably as the indistinct sound of their parents
arguing echoes from another room. Occasionally, their father storms
out of the house, claiming to leave for work. The tension remains
heavily in the air.]
AYANA
(looking around, puzzled)
Where is everybody?
[Andrew enters from the hallway, his casual demeanor contrasting with
Ayana’s polished look.]
ANDREW
(casually)
Masama raw ang pakiramdam ni Mom, tapos si Dad, ‘nagtatrabaho’ na
naman daw.
AYANA
(startled, then annoyed)
What? Seriously? On a Sunday? He never works on a Sunday!
ANDREW
(half-smiling)
Guess it’s just us this time.
AYANA
(irritated)
Why should I even worry? I’ve been forced to go my whole life, and now
I finally don’t have to.
[She brushes past Andrew, heading toward the hallway. Andrew frowns,
watching her retreat.]
ANDREW
(raising his voice, with disappointment)
Sige na! Ako na lang mag-isa!
[Ayana pauses briefly at the base of the stairs, her expression
flickering with guilt for a moment, but she quickly hardens her
resolve and continues up to her room. The camera lingers on Andrew as
he sighs, standing alone in the empty living room.]
[Ayana sits on the edge of her bed, her shoulders tense as faint
shouting echoes from downstairs. Her parents' argument grows louder, a
constant reminder of the chaos brewing within the family. She clutches
her head, overwhelmed by frustration.]
AYANA
Please make it stop.
[She closes her eyes for a moment and she wishes the sounds of her
parent's voice would just stop. Even for just a second.]
AYANA (CONT’D)
(softly, to herself with a hint of doubt)
Everything will be alright, everything will be alright. Right?
[Her gaze shifts to her desk where a stack of tarot cards and a
hand-drawn illustration of the sun, moon, and stars lie. She
hesitates, staring at them with uncertainty.]
[She picks up the cards, her fingers trembling slightly, then glances
out the window at the night sky. A glimmer of doubt crosses her face.]
AYANA
(whispering)
Is this… the right thing to do?
AYANA
(Through thoughts)
He always listened. Never judged. Always there when I needed Him.
Where… where is He now?
[She shakes her head abruptly, pushing the thought away. Determination
hardens her expression as she lays out the cards in front of her.]
AYANA
(quietly & murmuring, with conviction)
This might fix everything. I just need a solution. . .any solution. An
answer. Anything.
[The camera lingers on her troubled face as she begins to arrange the
cards. The faint sound of her parents arguing continues in the
background, the tension in the room thick as she unknowingly engages
in a deeper, unseen battle.]
[Ayana sits on the cold bathroom floor, her back against the wall,
tarot cards and scribbled horoscope notes scattered beside her. Her
knees are drawn up to her chest, and her hands shake as she clutches
one of the cards tightly. The faint hum of the bathroom fan does
little to drown out her heavy breathing.]
AYANA
(to herself, voice trembling)
I did everything. . .every single thing it said.
[She glances at the notes, recounting each step in her mind: burning
candles under the moonlight, meditating with crystals, reciting
affirmations. She even rearranged her room according to the zodiac
suggestions. The desperation in her voice rises as tears well up in
her eyes.]
AYANA
(bitterly)
Nothing… it’s all for nothing.
[Her fingers tighten around the tarot card until it bends. She slams
it down, scattering the rest of the cards. Her voice cracks as
frustration turns to self-loathing.]
AYANA (CONT'D)
(sobbing)
What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I fix this? It’s my fault… it has to
be my fault.
[Her reflection in the mirror catches her eye. She stares at it, her
face blotchy and tear-streaked. The sight only fuels her anguish.]
AYANA
(shouting at herself)
You’re so stupid! Thinking you could actually make things better. .
.thinking any of this would work!
[She pulls her knees closer and buries her face in her arms, her sobs
muffled. Her breaths come in ragged gasps as the weight of
hopelessness bears down on her.]
AYANA
(whispering)
Why does it feel like I’m fighting this alone? Where is everyone?
Where is. . .He?
[Her voice falters, the unspoken name lingering in the silence. The
camera pans to the mess of cards and notes strewn around her, symbolic
of her restlessness.]
[Ayana’s sobs quiet down, replaced by a hollow silence. She leans her
head back against the wall, staring at the ceiling, tears streaming
down her face as she whispers one final plea.]
AYANA
(softly)
Please. . .someone help me.
[The scene fades to black, leaving only the soft sound of her broken
breathing.]
FADES TO BLACK.
ANDREW
(loud, urgent)
Ayana! Wake up!
ANDREW
(frustrated, in Tagalog)
Ano bang ginagawa mo? Nakatulog ka dito... sa banyo! Grabe naman,
Ayana.
[Andrew crouches down, picking up the tarot cards one by one. His
expression narrows as he glances at her.]
AYANA
(agitated)
What are you doing? Leave those alone! Get out—
ANDREW
(soft but firm)
Stop it. Alam kong nasasaktan ka... Alam kong hindi maayos ang lahat
kay Dad ngayon, pero, Ayana, hindi ito ang sagot.
[He holds up the bent tarot cards, his voice dropping to a whisper of
quiet dissatisfaction.]
ANDREW (CONT'D)
Sa tingin mo ba talaga maliligtas tayo ng mga 'to? Na kaya ng tarot
cards ayusin ang lahat?
[Ayana avoids his gaze, her jaw clenched as tears threaten to spill.]
AYANA
(angrily, voice cracking)
What else am I supposed to do, huh? You don’t understand!
ANDREW
(pleading)
Naiintindihan ko, Ayana. Hindi ikaw lang ang may dalang bigat nito.
Pareho tayong nasasaktan. Pero ang itulak mo ako palayo at kumapit sa
ganito? Hindi na maibabalik ang dati.
ANDREW
(softly)
You don’t have to do this alone. Just. . .stop running from us.
[Andrew walks out, leaving Ayana standing alone, the tarot cards
scattered at her feet. She stares at them, conflicted and broken.]
AYANA
(angrily, to herself)
Why can’t he just leave me alone? I’m trying. I’m trying so hard to
fix this. Dad’s mess, my mess, everything.
[Her steps quicken as she fights back tears, but she doesn’t notice
the figure in front of her. She bumps into a man, stumbling slightly.]
PASTOR
(gently, in Tagalog)
Mag-ingat ka. [Pauses] Wait, Ayana?
[Ayana freezes, recognizing the voice. She looks up and sees the
pastor from her church. The sight of him breaks down her last wall,
and the tears she’d been holding back spill over.]
AYANA
(emotional, voice trembling)
Pastor. . .I. . .I need help. I don’t know what to do anymore.
PASTOR
(worried but kind)
Ayana, what’s wrong? Are you okay? Please, tell me what’s going on.
[The pastor gently guides her to a nearby bench, sitting beside her.
Ayana wipes at her face, struggling to speak as sobs wrack her body.]
PASTOR
(softly)
I noticed your family hasn’t been to church lately—except for Andrew.
Is something going on at home?
AYANA
It’s all falling apart, Pastor. My dad. . .My parents are always
fighting. It feels like everything’s broken, and no matter what I do.
. .I can’t fix it.
[The pastor listens intently, her expression one of deep concern and
compassion. She waits a moment before responding, giving Ayana the
space to collect herself.]
PASTOR
(sincerely)
Ayana, I’m so sorry you’ve been carrying this all alone. You don’t
have to fix it by yourself. Sometimes, we need to stop looking for
answers in the wrong places and let God carry what we can’t.
[Ayana looks at her, her tears slowing as she begins to truly listen.
There’s a moment of quiet, the weight of her words sinking in.]
AYANA
(softly, almost a whisper)
I just. . .I don’t know how to trust Him again. I feel so far away and
that He won’t forgive me.
PASTOR
(smiling gently)
It’s okay to feel that way. Let’s take it one step at a time. Can I
pray with you right now?
[Ayana hesitates, then nods. The camera lingers on the two as the
pastor bows her head, her voice calm and steady as she begins to pray.
Ayana’s face softens, the first glimmer of hope flickering in her
eyes.]
[For the first time, as Ayana steps inside her house, it feels
different. The weight she held for so long seems lighter, as though
something deep inside her has shifted. She pauses in the doorway, her
hand resting on the frame, her eyes welling up with tears she can’t
quite explain.]
AYANA
(softly, almost to herself)
I feel so. . .free.
[She glances around the familiar space, her gaze lingering on the
family photos on the wall. A twinge of guilt washes over her as
Andrew’s words from their argument replay in her mind. She realizes
how much she’s taken for granted—the people who’ve stood by her, even
when she pushed them away. Her fists clench slightly, but not in anger
this time. It’s guilt. It's regret. It’s resolve]
AYANA
(whispering, voice cracking)
What was I even thinking?
[She brushes her tears away hastily, only to freeze when she hears a
voice from the stairs.]
ANDREW (O.S)
Ayana?
[She turns and sees Andrew standing halfway down the staircase, his
expression uncertain but warm like he’s been rehearsing what to say.
For a moment, neither speak, the silence stretching between them.]
[They both stop, their words colliding, and a faint, awkward smile
breaks through the tension.]
ANDREW
(gently)
Ikaw muna.
AYANA
I’m sorry, Andy. For everything. . .for shutting you out, for the way
I acted. I’ve been so... lost. I thought I could fix everything on my
own, but I only made it worse. You didn’t deserve any of it.
[Her voice falters as her eyes fill with tears again. She looks away,
her hands grasping the hem of her shirt nervously.]
AYANA (CONT'D)
I don’t know if you can forgive me. You don’t have to. I mean, I
wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t—
[Before she can finish, Andrew steps forward and pulls her into an
awkward hug. Ayana freezes for a second before breaking down
completely.]
ANDREW
(voice shaky but full of warmth)
Ayana, I could never hate you. Hindi kita kayang kamuhian. Ikaw pa ba?
[They stay like that for a beat, the camera capturing the unspoken
emotions between them. Ayana clings to him as if dropping herself for
the first time in months.]
[The scene lingers on the siblings, the warmth of the moment
distinguishing against the earlier tensions. It’s a quiet but powerful
reminder of the strength of family and the beginning of healing.]
FADE TO BLACK.
[Ayana and Andrew sit on the couch across from their parents. The room
is dimly lit, a faint tension lingering in the air. Mr. and Mrs.
Roberts exchange nervous glances before Mrs. Roberts leans forward
slightly, her hands clasped tightly.]
MRS. ROBERTS
(soft, trembling voice)
Kids. . . I know things haven’t been easy. I know that your father and
I. . .we haven’t been the best examples lately.
[She pauses, taking a deep breath as her voice wavers, her eyes
glistening with tears as she tries to find the right words.]
[Her voice breaks slightly, and she covers her face for a moment,
collecting herself. Mr. Roberts places a reassuring hand on her
shoulder before speaking.]
MR. ROBERTS
(apologetic, genuine)
Mga anak, patawad. Hindi namin ginusto na masaktan kayo. Nagkamali
ako... sa maraming bagay. The decisions I made—akala ko para sa
ikabubuti ng pamilya natin. Pero mali ako.
[He looks at Ayana and Andrew with a sincerity that cuts through the
tension.]
AYANA
(quiet, vulnerable)
We’ve missed the way things used to be, before everything felt so. .
broken. But I know things can’t go back to the way they were.
[Andrew places a comforting hand on her shoulder, his voice calm but
filled with emotion.]
ANDREW
Pero siguro okay lang ‘yon. Hindi natin kailangang bumalik sa dati.
Pwede tayong magsimula ng bago, magkasama bilang pamilya.
ANDREW (CONT'D)
I just want us to be a family again.
[Ayana looks down for a moment before meeting her parents' eyes, her
voice quivering.]
AYANA
And I’m sorry, too. I’ve been angry. . .at all of you, and at myself.
But I realized... I don’t want to keep living like this, blaming
everyone and everything.
AYANA (CONT'D)
I want to trust again. I want to trust that God has a plan for us,
even if it’s hard to see right now.
[Mrs. Roberts bursts into tears, unable to hold back her emotions. She
reaches out and pulls both Ayana and Andrew into a hug, her voice
choked with sobs.]
MRS. ROBERTS
(sobbing)
Thank you... thank you for giving us a chance to make it right.
[Mr. Roberts joins the embrace, his voice thick with emotion.]
MR. ROBERTS
Magiging maayos din ang lahat. Sama-sama tayo.
[The family remains in the embrace for a moment, a mix of tears and
relief filling the room. Ayana pulls back slightly, her voice soft but
resolute.]
[The camera pans out slowly, catching the family huddled together, the
first flicker of hope and unity starting to shine through. The screen
fades to black, leaving the audience with a sense of healing and a
reminder of the power found in forgiveness and faith.]
CELINE
(smiling)
Ayana, have you been keeping up with the tarot cards? Noah and I have
been using them more lately.
NOAH
(excitedly)
Yeah! One of them said something about a big opportunity arriving.
Celine and I were thinking of checking out a new spot—maybe it’s
connected!
[Celine laughs and eagerly hands Ayana a small stack of tarot cards.
Ayana hesitates, her expression changing. She gently thrusts the cards
back toward them.]
AYANA
(hesitant)
Guys, I-I don’t think I want to do this anymore.
[Noah and Celine exchange confused glances before turning back to
Ayana.]
CELINE
(confused, slightly amused)
Wait, what? You were so into it before. Don’t tell me this is about
that one "chaos" card you pulled last time. It didn’t mean anything!
NOAH
(nodding in agreement)
Exactly. It’s just for fun, Ayana. Nothing bad happens—it’s harmless.
Come on, just one reading?
AYANA
(angry but controlled)
I said no!
[The room falls silent. Ayana takes a moment to steady herself, her
voice softening as she looks at her friends.]
AYANA (CONT'D)
(gentle but firm)
I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to snap. It’s just... I’ve realized
something.
[Celine and Noah watch her, their curiosity piqued. Ayana sits back
down, her tone vulnerable but determined.]
AYANA (CONT'D)
Guys, I’ve been relying on these cards, horoscopes, and all that stuff
for answers—answers about my life, my problems, my future. But they’re
not real. They don’t care about me. They don’t change anything.
AYANA (CONT'D)
(not shy or embarrassed)
I don’t need them anymore. I’ve found something. . someone—who does
care. Someone who’s been there all along, even when I didn’t realize
it.
[Noah fidgets with the tarot cards, while Celine’s smile falters,
replaced by a thoughtful expression.]
CELINE
(softly)
You mean... God?
AYANA
(nods)
Yeah. I know it sounds cliché or whatever, but it’s true. I’ve been
fighting so hard to fix everything on my own, and I forgot to trust
the One who actually can.
[The weight of her words lingers. Celine and Noah exchange doubtful
looks, their earlier confidence shaken.]
NOAH
(quietly)
I don’t know, Ayana. It’s just...
AYANA
(smiling gently)
Hard to let go? I get it. I’m not perfect, and I’ve messed up a lot.
But I feel like I’m finally on the right path. And maybe... maybe you
guys will find it too, someday.
[Ayana’s sincerity touches both of them. Noah sets the tarot cards
aside, and Celine sits back, her expression contemplating. The scene
ends with a sense of quiet reflection, signaling a subtle but powerful
shift in their perspectives.]
TIMESKIP.
[The camera opens to Mr. and Mrs. Roberts warmly greeting a hesitant
Celine and Noah at the door. The atmosphere is welcoming but slightly
awkward, as the two guests exchange nervous glances before stepping
inside.]
[Ayana and Andrew place bowls of popcorn and snacks on the table,
quietly chatting. The warm light of the room contrasts with the night
outside, symbolizing a newfound sense of hope and unity.]
NARRATOR/AYANA
(soft but resolute)
There was a time when I thought I was lost forever—when the weight of
everything felt like it would crush me. I told myself I could climb
out of that pit on my own. That I didn’t need anyone.
[The camera shifts to a scene of Mr. and Mrs. Roberts seated with
Celine and Noah, gently explaining a Bible verse. Ayana and Andrew sit
beside them, listening intently. The faint sound of their laughter
from earlier lingers like an echo of joy.]
NARRATOR/AYANA (CONT'D)
But I was wrong. I thought strength meant having it all alone, but
real strength. . .is knowing when to lean. When to let go of pride and
reach for the hands that have always been there.
[The next scene shows the entire family, along with Celine and Noah,
huddled on the couch. They’re watching a lighthearted movie, laughing,
and sharing snacks. Celine glances at Ayana with a faint, thoughtful
smile, as if starting to understand.]
NARRATOR/AYANA (CONT'D)
I found those hands—not just in my family, but in Him. The one who saw
every tear, every mistake, and still waited for me to turn back. To
say, “I can’t do this alone anymore.”
[The camera zooms in on Ayana as she quietly observes her family and
friends. Her eyes glisten, reflecting a mix of gratitude and peace.
She looks at Celine and Noah, her gaze steady and filled with hope.]
NARRATOR/AYANA (CONT'D)
Sure, I can rely on my family. They’ve been my anchor, my safe haven
through storms I believed would never end. But the kind of love and
healing I’ve found in Him... it’s unlike anything else.
[The final scene fades into slow motion, showing the group
together—laughing, talking, and sharing a moment of harmony. Ayana’s
voice becomes the focus, strong and unwavering.]
NARRATOR/AYANA (CONT'D)
It’s not about going back to what we used to be. It’s about moving
forward, creating something new—stronger, unshakable, together. And
with Him, I know I’ll never feel lost again.
NARRATOR/AYANA (V.O.)
(Grateful and happy)
Sometimes, healing starts with a single choice: to trust, to forgive,
to love...and to believe. Maybe it’s a choice you’ve been waiting to
make too.
[The camera pans across the family and friends smiling and sharing a
moment of joy. The soft music swells as the screen fades to black.]
[THE END.]
