Job Description: Digital Marketing Intern | Live Project

Location: Remote/Virtual (with periodic check-ins)
About Banashree Foundation:
Banashree Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to driving impactful initiatives
across areas such as Animal Welfare, Elderly Care, Child Welfare, Water Conservation,
Farmer Empowerment, and Community Building. We aim to bring positive change to society
by spreading awareness and building a community of changemakers.
We are inviting passionate MBA students to join us in this exciting live project opportunity to
handle our digital marketing and social media platforms, helping us build our online
presence and amplify our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content for all Banashree Foundation’s social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Post engaging content regularly (images, reels, videos, stories, etc.).
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Content Creation and Strategy:
Design compelling posts to highlight Banashree Foundation’s initiatives and
activities.
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
Share updates about ongoing projects, CSR initiatives, and community stories to
boost visibility.
3. Follower Engagement & Growth:
Increase followers, likes, shares, and engagement metrics across platforms.
Launch creative campaigns to attract followers and spread awareness about the
foundation’s work.
Collaborate with the team to run hashtag campaigns and social media challenges.
4. Digital Marketing:
Run targeted social media advertisements (e.g., boosting posts,
audience-specific campaigns).
Create and monitor campaigns for specific initiatives or fundraising drives.

5. Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (likes, followers, shares, website
traffic, etc.).
Provide weekly reports to track growth and suggest areas of improvement.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with Banashree Foundation’s corporate volunteers and mentors to
refine strategies and receive feedback.
Collaborate with graphic designers, if necessary, to develop high-quality visuals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Follower Growth:
Achieve a minimum of 1k increase in followers in all their platforms during the
project duration.
2. Engagement Metrics:
Increase post likes, shares, and comments by at least 25% compared to the current
baseline.
3. Content Frequency:
Maintain a consistent posting frequency of 1-2 posts per week across all platforms.
4. Campaign Success:
Launch and execute at least 1 successful awareness campaign during the project.
5. Performance Reports:
Submit weekly/bi-weekly progress reports showcasing analytics, strategies, and
results.
6. Collaborations:
Partner with at least 2-3 influencers, bloggers, or other NGOs to promote Banashree
Foundation’s causes.
Eligibility:
Education: MBA students (preferably with specialization in Marketing, Communications,
or Digital Media).
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or platform-specific
analytics).
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools (preferred but not
mandatory).
Strong communication and creative writing skills.
Passion: Interest in social causes and community building is a big plus!
