GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL WE BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, WE,

1) Abdul Sattar S/O Abdul Ghani CNIC # 31303-2455698-3


2) Nasreen Akhtar W/O Abdul Sattar CNIC # 31303-2363482-2
Arain by Caste, Resident of Chak # 51/P, Tehsil & District Rahim Yar
Khan, presently residing at United Kingdom, do hereby appoint, nominate
and constitute Mr. FAYYAZ UL HASSAN S/O CH. FAZAL AHMAD, Arain
by Caste, Resident of House # 10-A, Block X, Gulshan Iqbal, Rahim Yar
Khan, CNIC # 31303-2405670-3, as a “GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY”
to do and execute all or any of the following acts or things in connection
with our property measuring 4-Kanal situated in Mouza Pursan, Tehsil &
District Rahim Yar Khan (owned by Abdul Sattar) & property measuring
4-Marla (House) situated in Colony Amanat Ali, Mouza Rahim Yar Khan,
Tehsil & District Rahim Yar Khan (owned by Nasreen Akhtar) & property
measuring 64-Kanal situated in Chak # 127/P, Tehsil & District Rahim
Yar Khan (owned by Nasreen Akhtar).

1) To enter into and take possession of the said property and either and either
occupy the same for attorney own use or let out to another person or
persons on such terms and conditions as the attorney shall deem fit and
proper and to collect rents and give receipts for the same.

2) To sell, assign, gift (hiba), exchange, relinquish, surrender, release of


dispose of the said property or part of the same to any person or persons in
any manner with or without consideration to receive the price hereof in my
name or in his own name and for that purpose or any other purpose or
purposes under this deed to enter into agreement to sign execute and
wherever necessary get registered and admit execution of the same, the
Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Transfer Deeds,
Exchange Deeds, Assignment Deeds, Sub-Lease, Declaration,
Confirmation, Affidavits, Re-conveyance, Re-Assignment or surrender
Deeds, Relinquishment Deed, Release Deeds, Rectification Deeds, or
Mutation of land transfer to any person or persons before the Tehsildar
concerned and any other Deed or Deeds and documents and to give
possession to the prospective purchasers.

3) To appear and prosecute any matter or make petition or application before


the Commissioner, Dy. Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, or before
the Registrar, Sub-Registrar, Tehsildar/ Naib-Tehsildar for the execution,
admission of execution of any documents all authorities or before any other
authority before any cooperative society, authorities, Collector or
Commissioner of Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Tax Authorities, Assessor of
Municipal Tax, Municipal Authorities, Police Officer, or local self bodies and
connection with the said property.
4) To appear before and/or represent me in connection with the said property
before all Court of Law including the Civil Courts, Guardian Court, High
Court, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Rent Controller, any Tribunal or any
Court of Original, Appellate, Revision or Constitutional Jurisdiction and
Revenue Authority concerned.

5) To purchase stamp papers and if necessary to cause refund the same,


appoint or nominate sub-attorney.

IN GENERAL to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever


particularly in or about the said property as we could do in our proper
person if this deed had not been made.

AND we hereby ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns


agree that all acts, deeds and thing lawfully done in connection with the
said properties by the said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and
things done by us and we undertake to ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever the said attorney shall do or cause to be done by virtue of the
powers hereby given.
