2. The prices shown on this quotation are fixed for the delivery period and quantity stated if an order is
placed within the validity period shown.
3. Carriage, Packing and Insurance will be charged extra if appropriate, unless specifically shown in the
quotation.
4. We would supply items as per our quote, kindly check our offer before placing order.
5. Material has to be inspected during delivery & returned back at the same time if any damage is
noticed. Damage claim would not be acceptable after receipt of the material.
6. In the case of NCR, it has to be communicated within 3 days of material receipt date. We would not
be liable for any NCR claimed after stipulated time frame.
7. The item will be supplied with standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturer. If you require
any optional accessories / Spare list, then please ask for the price and include the same in your order.
Cancellations Charges
Within 2 weeks of LOI / PO - 20%
After 2 weeks & within 4 weeks - 50%
After 4 weeks - 100%
