AFFIDAVIT-COMPLAINT
I, MARIA THERESA VENTURA PANGANIBAN, of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of 34 Maria Dizon St., Gloria Heights Subd., Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City, Rizal,
after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:
1. That on March 16, 2024 I was recently a victim of a scam by GLOBE, as
attached here as Annex A, wherein hackers used the name of GLOBE
Telecom;
2. That when I clicked the link and made the transaction soon after I checked
that I have lost PHP 221,680.02 (PHP 187,100.01 from BDO and PHP
34,580.01 from Citibank);
3. That I reported this incident to GLOBE Telecom and NBI Cybercrime
Division;
That I am executing this Complaint-Affidavit for the purpose of filing the
complaint for THEFT to the NATIONAL BEAURU OF INVESTIGATION-
CYBERCRIME DIVISION and for any legal purposes this may serve.
