CONSENT FORM
VASCO WORLDWIDE is appointed to provide Document Visa Support Services.
By signing this document, I also acknowledge and confirm that:
1. I have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions as set out
herein by VASCO WORLDWIDE about the Visa Document Support services.
2. The documentation provided by me to VASCO WORLDWIDE in connection
with the Visa Document Support services requested, is true and accurate.
3. I understand and agree that my visa application documents provided by me
will be submitted to the diplomatic mission online myself after reviewing the
completed application.
4. I understand and agree that the relevant Diplomatic Mission has the authority
to issue or refuse my visa application and I agree that VASCO WORLDWIDE
shall not be responsible for the granting or refusal of my application nor can
VASCO WORLDWIDE influence the decision or the processing time taken by
the appropriate authority in respect of any application that I make.
5. I understand and agree that in case of a visa refusal by the relevant
Diplomatic Mission, VASCO WORLDWIDE shall not be liable in any manner
whatsoever for such refusal. Further I waive of my rights to claim any refund
or compensation whatsoever in respect to or in connection with such refusal.
6. I grant consent to VASCO WORLDWIDE to assist in the completion of my
student visa application form as a part of their administrative assistance and
will grant VASCO WORLDWIDE the authority to create the necessary
application profile on the relevant Government website to begin the process.
7. I understand and acknowledge that the completed application once prepared
by VASCO WORLDWIDE, will be forwarded to me and the same shall be
reviewed and confirmed by me as being correct before I make the declaration
and initiate the payment process myself for final application submission.
8. I hereby indemnify VASCO WORLDWIDE from and against all claims, losses,
expenses including legal fees relating to the services offered to me by
VASCO WORLDWIDE.
Terms and conditions applicable to VASCO WORLDWIDE
When using the services offered by VASCO WORLDWIDE the ‘Visa Document Support
Services’, customer remains exclusively responsible for the accuracy, completeness and
authenticity of all information provided to VASCO WORLDWIDE.
The Applicant is also responsible for bringing to the attention of VASCO WORLDWIDE
any unusual circumstances that could impact the decision of the case, any unfavourable
visas or travel history and any relevant communication between themselves and the
relevant Diplomatic Mission pertaining to their application for a student visa.
VASCO WORLDWIDE does not verify or attest to the authenticity of documents
provided by the Applicant, nor does it take responsibility for the merit, quality,
genuineness or virtue of the application.
The decision to grant or refuse a student visa rests solely with the relevant Diplomatic
Mission, VASCO WORLDWIDE is neither involved in nor responsible for the process of
assessing, granting or refusing an application for a student visa, nor is VASCO
WORLDWIDE liable for any delay in processing, granting or refusing an application by
the Mission.
The discretion and judgement of the outcome is entirely upon the Diplomatic Mission of
the visa you have applied for.
VASCO WORLDWIDE does not accept any form of payment from applicants directly for
any type of services offered. VASCO does not ask for any Debit or Credit card details at
any point of time. Applicant is expected to make the relevant payment directly online to
the respective Government as part of the visa process.

The Visa Document Support Service will provide the applicant with a complete end-to-
end assistance in completing their visa application process, including visa application
form filling for their relevant destination country of study. The service, which also
includes administrative assistance in drafting applicable documents, reviewing relevant
documents to ensure that all documents submitted by the applicant are administratively
compliant with the Visa requirements of the destination country.
