Notes: 1. Supplier/Vendor shall provide the Technical Literature, Operation and Maintenance Manual for the offered Transformer. 2. Supplier/Vendor shall provide complete Installation, Testing & Commissioning Procedures and Drawings with minimum mentioned in specification of Transformer. 3. Supplier/Vendor shall specify the Country of Origin of the Quoted Items. 4. All the design and engineering basis and drawings shall be submitted for the approval of Artistic Milliners / Engineering Consultant and accordingly comments shall be endorsed appropriately. 5. Testing Procedures shall be submitted for the approval of Artistic Milliners / Engineering Consultant before FAT. 6. Supplier/Vendor shall submit schedule of testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance testing activities for the approval of Artistic Milliners / Engineering Consultant. 7. Supplier/Vendor shall require to quote respective serial separately and completely. 8. The supply cost should include the supply of all materials necessary for satisfactory installation up to the commissioning of Transformers. 9. The Scope of Supplier shall also include design & selection of components on the basis of installed environmental condition. 10. The Supplier / Vendor shall be responsible for the Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test of supplied equipment. 11. The Supplier shall specify the delivery period in its proposal. 12. All wiring shall be properly dressed. 13. The Supplier shall provide the civil foundation or mounting steel base frames & complete details for the offered equipment.
