Executive Summary

This audit report relates to a recent inspection of the named camp by Surooh Al-jazeera General (SJ), on
behalf of Saudi Aramco’s Environmental Protection Department. The Contractor Camp Environmental
Health Inspection programme is aimed at assuring the health and welfare of contractors living in labor
camps. All camps must meet minimum standards, per the requirements of GI 0151.006 ‘Implementing the
Saudi Aramco Environmental Health Code' and other relevant company standards, including Schedule D
to your contract with Aramco. Please carefully note the overall audit score against the Banding Table. All
contractor camps should be meeting 95% compliance (Band A). In response to this audit report, you are
required to carry out improvements to your camp per the following findings and recommendations. An
Action Plan with supporting evidence such as photographs, work scope etc. should be developed against
each item and returned to the proponent within the next 14 days. You are encouraged to expedite all
improvements as soon as possible. A further inspection is planned in the next quarter. The report does
not specify any recommendations in relation to fire or general 'safety' issues and you may wish to contact
Loss Prevention and/or Fire Prevention for appropriate advice in relation to these areas. Failure to comply
with camp standards may which will escalate the matter to Contractor Department as breach of schedule
D. EPD may also recommend closure of camp if there is no improvement. Should you have any questions
