DISCREDITABLE CONDUCT
You are a senior Police Officer, and a deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and by posting a divisional Traffic Officer 1 attached to Ugborikoko Divisional Headquarters. You are by all intent and purpose supposed to be aware of your responsibility which include but not limited to credible conducts unalloyed and absolute obedience to lawful orders directives and instructions.
On the 29th December, 2020, you issued an official query to W/ASP AP/NO. 125220 Biboye Ibomoh, the DTO II Ugborikoko Police Station and you copied the office of the Commissioner of Police Delta State, Area Command Warri Area Command and the office of the D.P.O and on the 30th December 2021, W/ASP AP/NO. 125220 Biboye Ibomoh replied your query, which a copy was given to you but instead of you to respond to the office of the D.P.O that you are satisfied with the response of the W/ASP AP/NO. 125220 Biboye Ibomoh, you personally took the copies of the query to the Commissioner of Police and that of the Area Command, Warri Area Command to the offices without the knowledge cum covering letter from the office of D.P.O Ugborikoko Police Station and thereby undermined the office.
You are using your office to abuse official Police Check Leaf ordinarily used to monitor the excesses of drivers and vehicle owners by selling it to un-suspected numbers of the public and thereby depriving the State Government revenue as contained in your query dated 29/12/2021.
Second paragraph line 4 and thereby engages in corrupt practices contrary to section 03434 of the Public Service Rule.
You are therefore by your conduct discreditably undermined the person and the office of the D.P.O and the Commissioner of Police Delta State. Your action and intention tantamount to absolute sabotage of the effort of the DPO, you are therefore queried and you are required to explain to the Commissioner of Police why your conduct should not be reported to the Inspector General of Police.
You are required to make your presentation if any, in quadruplicate copies within 48 hours on receipt of this query why disciplinary action should not be taken against you. Failure to submit your presentation within stipulated period will be viewed and construed to mean that your action was deliberate and as such you have nothing to offer and disciplinary action will be taken against you.
