Cinnamon Rolls

Hi everyone, I am going to make the best cinnamon rolls recipe I have ever tried.
Here I have all the ingredients in order to make these delicious recipe. This recipe is divided
into three parts; the dough, the filling and the cheese icing.

The ingredients of the dough are: 300 g of flour, 75 g of sugar, 4 tbsp of yeast, 1 tbsp of salt,
350 g of water, 85 g of butter and an egg.
For the filling we need 55g of butter, 100 g of sugar and 1tbp of cinnamon .
And finally the ingredients for the icing are: 115 g of cream cheese, 55g of butter, 120g of
powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of vanilla extract.

THE DOUGH
1. First of all, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and
salt.
2. The second step is combining the water and butter in a different bowl, and heat them
in the microwave for 30 sec, until warm but not hot.
3. Then pour into the dry ingredients with the egg and mix with a wooden spoon.
4. Now add the rest of the flour and mix. It should turn into a smooth mass, shape it into
a ball and let it rest uncovered for 10 minutes.
5. Place the dough on a floured surface and form a rectangle shape with the help of a
roller.

THE FILLING

6. For the inner part of these rolls, first spread butter into a thin and even layer, leaving
a border all around the outside of the dough. The next step is sprinkling brown sugar
and cinnamon.
7. Next we need to roll it up into a cylinder.
8. Using the knife, cut this shape into even pieces. Finally, place the rolls in a dish and
let them rise for 1 hour or until the next morning.
9. Once they have rested, preheat the oven to 170 cº and bake for 25-30 minutes or
until the tops are a light golden brown. While the rolls are baking, make the icing.

THE ICING

10. Place the cream cheese and butter in a bowl and with the help of a fork mask the two
together, make sure the mixture is softened in order to avoid lumps.
11. After this add the sugar and vanilla and finish creating the mixture.

Spread on the warm rolls and here you got a delicious dessert to enjoy with all your family!
