Registration form for Bopis platform subscription

Dear Customer,

Minimum t ccess to the Bopis platform

Your browser requirements are minimized, as you can see from the list below:

• Chrome 44 and higher

• Firefox 39 and later

• Safari 8 and later

• Internet Explorer 9/10/11


Minimum screen display required for mobile devices 667px (for example iPhone 6, horizontal v iew). The

product will be available through the Berco website at the URL: https://apps.berco.com

If you are interested in receiving acc ttached digital form (one for each username) and
return it via e- mail to your Berco's Sales contact.

As soon as we have received the information, the username and password will be issued. You will be required

to change the password every 3 months (for security reasons). If you need further information or training, do
