In case of missed instalments:
(a) Penalty of EUR 5 will be imposed for all dishonoured payments 3 working days after missed deadline
(b) Access to MyPage and Canvas Profiles will be suspended the same day
(c) Withhold any awards or certificates until you have settled the overdue fees
(d) In case of 3 missed instalments consecutively withdrawal notice will be issued if not communicated
with finance department prior to the given deadline
(e) In case of no communication after 2 withdrawal notices and no payments, the debt invoice will be
forwarded to debt-collecting company, that can lead you to be registered in SCHUFA as bad debtor
and bring to legal actions. At the same time, student will be officially withdrawn from BSBI and
reported to local visa authorities.
(f) If you are Paris/Athens Campus student AND you have been granted a Visa, the Terms and
Conditions of your Study Agreement supersede this Instalment Plan which will become invalid, and
you are required to pay the remining balance within 5 bank working days after visa approval.

including other students.
