8 January 2025 Publication of the Call for Applications and opening of the application procedure
via AlmaRM, as defined in the Call for Applications
From 8 January Opening of registration for language assessment tests via AlmaRM –
2025 at 1 p.m. to January/February 2025 session. Information about language requirements is
17 January 2025 by available at the relevant page
1 p.m.
From 22 January Language assessment tests will be held at the CLA (Bologna and Romagna
2025 to 4 February Campuses)

6 February 2025, Deadline for the submission of applications for the Call via AlmaRM
at 1 p.m.
12 February 2025, Date within which exams must be properly registered in the students’ careers to
at 11.59 p.m. be considered for evaluation
6 March 2025 Publication of rankings on AlmaRM, as defined in the Call for Applications
12 March 2025, at Deadline to accept a placement with reference to the ranking lists published on 6
1 p.m. March 2025, as defined in the Call for Applications
13 March 2025 Publication of updated ranking lists on AlmaRM. For consultation, please refer to
the procedures defined in the Call for Applications
19 March 2025, at Deadline to accept a placement with reference to the ranking lists published on 13
1 p.m. March 2025, as defined in the Call for Applications
20 March 2025 After the second round of acceptance (ended on 19 March 2025), ranking lists will
be updated again and the students who will become eligible for accepting the
exchange place will receive an automatic email. The entire acceptance procedure
will be performed online via AlmaRM
26 March 2025, at Deadline to accept placements after the receipt of the automatic email sent on 20
1 p.m. March 2025
From 27 March Communication of the names of the successful candidates to the Partner
2025 Universities by the Erasmus+ for Study Office
