Visa Expenses: As per New Zealand Labor authority rules act: 209-211/116 amended on Labor and
Essential work visas. You will have to bear your Visa and Work Permit expenses by yourself, As soon as
you finish your Visa Processing all document related to your employment will be sent to your embassy in
your country on your behalf.
Working Hours: Working Hours is 9am to 12pm & 1pm to 5pm. The working days are from Monday to
Friday, training period can be extended to Saturday.
Secrecy Clause: You shall not divulge, disclose or disseminate to anyone in writing, by words of mouth or
otherwise or shall not publish any details of our manufacturing process, technically know-how, security
arrangements any administrative, commercial or organization matter or any other information which
comes to your notice directly or otherwise either during your employment with us or afterwards without
prior written permission of the management of the company.
Termination: This contract can be terminated by either party by given one month notice in writing or
salary equivalent tot month in lieu of the notice period in probatory period of 4 years in case of
termination of employment by the employer on disciplinary grounds no notice or compensation in lieu
of the notice period is required to be given. With this contract any previous contracts signed by you with
us or with any of our branch nationwide or with any one.
