Record Steps and Sequence on APCO DRILL REPORT FORM
Scenario:
All people inside the site office building will evacuate when fire alarm sounds. They leave the building
using emergency exit doors to go at designated assembly area. Assigned fire emergency response team
to call for emergency (fire truck driver W. Shop, Electrical department, Security to call civil defense 998.
There have assign for count head coordinated to fire Marshall to search the area.
Important Notice:
Drill is to ensure the fire detection and warning systems are working properly. Any firefighting equipment
should be installed and working effectively, tested and maintained and train staff to use them if
necessary.
Must carry out regular checks to make sure that:
Fire alarm systems are working
Record any faults in systems and equipment
Escape routes are clear and the floor is in good condition
All emergency exits can be opened easily and close correctly
Head count shall be recorded
Suggested Steps & Sequence
employees should learn the sound of the fire alarm and
how to respond to it, including use of alternative escape
1 Acts as a learning experience routes, how to get from the emergency exits to the
assembly area.
Clarify the roles and responsibilities of every officer involved
in the emergency action committee.
2 Preparation to Conduct Drill Determine the evacuation route, exit doors, and emergency
staircases are not obstructed.

Fire or any other emergencies could happen at any time
without warning. They can hurt or kill lives and destroy
properties. A Fire Drill and Emergency Evacuation is a
necessary exercise that the organization to ensure readiness
