NOTICE TO QUIT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT


Miss Dora,
This formal notice to you demanding that you make immediate payment of
rent due under the terms of the rental agreement covering the following
property located at 1320 15th Ave, Kearney, NE 68845, USA.
Yet as of the date of this notice. In addition, you will owe late charges as
provided by the lease agreement if no payment is made by the deadline dated
6th December, 2024 of this Notice.
The following is an itemization of the total amount owed;
Unpaid Rent: $2000 (Two Thousand Dollars)
Late Charges: $200 (Two Hundred Dollars)
Prev Paid amount: $3000 (Three Thousand Dollars)
Total Due: $2200 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars)
NOTE: The Late charges will be paid following the protocols on or before
the due date deadline

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED THAT, The owner/landlady does hereby


declare that forfeiture of your lease or rental agreement under which you hold
possession of the above described premises and if you fail to perform said
premises which would result in a judgement against you including costs and
necessary disbursement together with possible statutory damages as allowed
by law for such Unlawful detention.
Also to be noted that the Landlord’s Lien is set to cover and overtake your left
over properties if payment is not made.
We understand that occasionally a resident fails to pay because of financial
difficulties. Please understand that we cannot furnish free Housing without
getting into financial difficulties ourselves.
It is always to the resident’s benefits to pay before any legal actions is
pursued. Such legal actions could affect your credit rating and be detrimental
to you in your efforts to rent other premises.
