2. Lost, stolen, or misused tickets by another attendee will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Purchasers should take all measures to safe-keep his/her event ticket.
3. Once sold, no exchange, cancellation or refund is allowed.
4. Ticket price is subject to applicable ticket fee & booking/processing/transaction charges if any.
5. The minimum age requirement for the 'GA/Free Standing' category is 16 years.
6. For other ticket categories, children and teens under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, 18 years or older, with a valid ticket at all times. Infants and children under
the age of 5 are strictly not allowed for any event unless stated otherwise.
7. Professional photography, video and/or recording of any kind is prohibited during this performance.
8. You will be refused entry & your ticket(s) will be barred without compensation if it is purchased from an unauthorised ticket seller or scalper.
9. Only tickets purchased through [Link] / GoLive App are valid for entry. Your ticket(s) may not be resold or offered for resale at face value or a premium over the face value of the
ticket (including via online auction sites and reselling websites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests and trade promotions) or to
enhance the demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.
10. The event organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including the arrangement of current seating allocations, under unforeseen circumstances and by
prevailing guidelines.
11. The concert management & event staff reserve the right to refuse entry and expel from the event venue any person with unruly conduct and in breach of any venue and ticketing terms &
conditions.
12. To facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, the event organiser/promoter/venue reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing,
bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons or are in breach of these Terms and/or refuse admission.
13. Latecomers will be allowed entry at a suitable time during the performance at the discretion of floor staff. NO refund/compensation will be given to a latecomer who is allowed entry to the
performance venue at any time after the concert has started.
14. In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund amount excludes the ticket fee, processing fee and/or service charges.
15. Requests for a refund for payment-related issues or void transactions during online purchases later than 14 days from the date of purchase will not be entertained. Any seating disputes must be
settled at least 30 minutes into the show at the box office. If no formal report has been made, no refund request will be entertained.
16. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket/s and to find out the date and time of the Event and any rearranged Event.
17. Ticket holders are prohibited from camping overnight or at any time before queue start times at the event venue and assume sole responsibility for such action. Refer to FAQ for queue and door
times for this event on GoLive socials and event organiser/promoter socials and website before the show date or before arriving at the venue.
18. Artist's performance times are subject to change without prior notice.
19. All other ticket bookings and event terms and conditions apply at all times.
20. If any issues occur on the day of the event, please reach out to our staff or approach the Box Office for resolution.

22. The following restrictions apply to your attendance at the event and the breach of any of these may lead to you being ejected from the event venue (and confiscated items not allowed in the
venue will not be returned):
Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited.
There are to be no pass-outs or readmissions after entry.
Please note that in seated areas, other audience members may stand up during the event giving cause for disrupted views of the stage/performance areas.
Smoking is strictly NOT permitted at the venue.
Laser pens, inappropriate signage and dangerous items are prohibited.
